Hi, Can you use more music that doesn't have cursing in it? Your videos are great. I have 4 libraries of saved ab work, and I've lost a significant amount around my waist and low belly, so thank you! I know I might b part of a minority population, but I want to advocate for non secular music. The videos are awesome and challenging but greatly appreciated! Keep them coming! 😊

Hi, I absolutely love your app, I’m using the hourglass program. I understand it’s still new but your app glitches a whole lot. Every time I open it and scroll through the recipes it will immediately kick me out of the app as I’m scrolling. And when I reopen to scroll again it constantly does the same thing. Also I have my workouts set from Monday-Saturday and somehow it’s starting it on sunday-Friday. My phone is updated and I deleted and redownloaded the app and it’s still a constant issue. I’m still going to keep using the app because I think the workouts are beneficial but these bugs are getting in the way. I appreciate you tho!
@@TRAINWITHGAINSBYBRAINS thank you for responding, I just made sure and it’s updated to the latest version. My workouts are still showing Sunday-Friday instead of Monday-Saturday as what I have it set as.

Definitely one of my favorite ab workouts ever. You will feel the burn the next day.
You workout very calm,not fast but so effective not unlike other vloggers my back really get affect but no effect

Great abs workout! Unlike some of your competitors, you don’t confuse an abs workout with a HIIT.👍. We need both, but they are best done separately.😀
