I've been following one of your 6 minutes abs focused videos for a while now. I thought it was time to alternate it a little, and thought this would be pretty easy given that I have already grown quite strong abs but oh man the way i was wrongggg 😩 halfway through i started to think "this girl is crazy!!!" 🥴 It burns! And I love it for sure 💯
I loved the burn too and to push myself a bit more I did it twice one straight after the other so to have a 10 minutes session! Thanks again for sharing xx
That was so good,my form wasn’t quite right after a 20 minute arm and back work out however, I will try this one tomorrow as the first work out followed by another work out. Day 13: Love the burn. I already feel the difference in my endurance. Consistency is the key.
