This was okay. I definitely would have enjoyed it way more if there weren't so much talking....even through the shavasana!
At about 9:40 left, she says she does the same practice 40 days in a row. Whaaaat? Why? How boring! No cue at the end when lying on mat doing twist to switch sides. Just keeps gabbing away until time to come to center. One side got a very long stretch. 😂
Nice practice but way too much talking that crowded my mind, opposite of what yoga normally makes me feel…

My dog would be absolutely shit a doggy yoga! There’s too much energy in a cooker spaniel!
I love Nikki, but this practice did not have enough "flow" for me...there was too much exposition. I stopped and did a yoga flow.
