I love this meditation thank you. I feel like I’m at a loss for find more words for my intention. Snag one have suggestions on where to find words ? I struggle with that.
Here are some words that I like: Focused, Healthy, Energized, Grateful, Clear, Present, Mindful, Loving (towards self and others), At Peace, Joyful, Confident, Brave, Calm, Light...

Mine is kind to myself. Sometimes we are too hard on ourselves. Once I am focused on being kind to myself I feel more relaxed, forgiving and not judgemental.

I really enjoyed this meditation until an add came on right in the middle of it, that just kind of takes you right out of the zone. I wish the adds would all just be right at the beginning or after it. Loved the meditation though💗
