    Thank you for a new video 🔥 10-15 min yoga are my must, for morning/evening practice or when I’m out of time for a complete workout - 10 min yoga better than nothing at all

    This is not "easy". Certainly not in the way I, someone who is very out of shape and just starting to try and stretch and reduce some pain interpreted that word. I had to stop half way through as it was too hard and painful to hold the positions.

      Alot of yoga is not just stretching. But I agree, this was more of like a leg workout 👀
