Former ballerina here (stressing the length of ‘former’). Just had my third kid 8 weeks ago and this workout was just what my body and mind needed. So thankful for this instructor - I really like her! I will definitely be back for more!!

I find that a lot of short workout videos are super intense and jam-packed because I think the premise is that viewers only have 10 min to workout that day, which is fine, but that's personally not what I'm looking for. So that's why I loved this video, and I also loved Marnie's energy and attitude. This workout was actually a lot of fun to do, and despite having a sore lower back the day after, I will be doing this again!

I loved this so much! This instructor is so intelligent and motivational 👏 and the workouts just have this rhythm that helps you go without stopping! I don’t typical think about leaving comments but just felt it was so necessary to do so here as she deserves so much praise!
I loved this trainer and this workout felt really impactful! I didn't feel like working out after a long day, and thought, "I can do just ten minutes!" I'm so happy I clicked on this one, Marnie brought me right up and I got it done!
This is seriously my favorite 10 minute video to do when I don't have a lot of time or I feel like I don't have enough energy for a longer video -- usually this energizes me to do more (: would love more 10 min videos by Marnie!!

Finding the time to workout having an infant is hard but this 10 minute workout is perfect!! I can do it while the baby naps and I am legit out of breath and covered in sweat! I love Marnie!! This was an awesome workout and one I’ll continue to do!

Oh my gosh , wanted to try Barre workout without purchasing some grand streaming plan, this was great, can wait to do more. Loved it.
She is a fun teacher. I was looking for a quick Barre for I have no time to workout today. I liked the overall idea but for people who are looking for Barre without spiritual influence this isn’t it. She is very yoga influenced and mixed in spiritual aspects into this 10minutes. She chooses lines such as “open up your throat”, “spiral the energy in your hips”, “place your hands in prayer”, “create energy to get energy” and more. If you are looking for dancer background barre class which excludes yoga elements this isn’t it. Thank you for the upload tho.

I am doing the #30daybarrechallenge with this workout - I am on day 3 and I already feel great! I do this workout before my actual workout! I shall report back in 27 days of the results but I am happy I found this workout! Barre is amazing for burning fat! It really gets into those organs and melts the fat off!

What a tremendous workout! seems like I've been looking for that kind of excercises for so long. I'm a lyrical singer, and discovered months ago how much body preparation helped me breath and support my breath. This workout is quick and efficient, I will be doing this anytime before I actually dig into my vocal excercises. Thank you so much!
