When I saw somebody that looks like me doing this. I was like Yass, Queen. I will putting this in my routine this week.
I really appreciated to see different bodies and that's why I chose this video for practice this evening. The explanations are precise and clear.
My disapointment is the speed : I am used to breathe 5 times on each posture. Here I feel on a hurry. There is not enough time on each posture to benefit it.
As an experienced Instructor, I consider this an excellent guided flow of movement. Beautifully, simply explained. All modifications, use of Sans/common terms are appreciated and selective.
My only disappointment is the quick change from one pose to the next. Realize with this and other PS demos that this is common.
Luckily I memorized the session and expanded poses for a more custom-designed
experience.
Kudos & applause to the Instructor. Well done.
Got my period a few days ago (coming off my pill). This will be an amazing workout for my active recovery session)! Looks so fun, and I am loving the new structure that Popsugar has atm!
I really liked the flow but I feel like Christa spoke very quickly through the movements. Even watching the video you can see the other people trying to keep up - by the time they settled into a pose she was moving on to the next one. But overall I loved the flow and poses!!
I've been doing yoga since high school (I'm 31 now), and this was definitely one of the most challenging yoga flows I have ever had the gift of participating in. SHEESH! My body is burning in such a good way. Thank you 😄
I love that you’re using different body types! It’s very inspirational thank you ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Loved the asanas, thanks Christa and PS ❤🙏
this was AMAZING! I've always been a HIIT/Strength Training girlie, and have recently started doing more stretching (and a yoga session every Thursday)! I am feeling a lot more flexible, and used to be able to hold downward dog for literally 2 seconds! Now, I am practising doing the splits! So happy I did this today, we NEED more with Christa Janine, and I LOVED the small talk they had during the session! Definitely coming back to this workout again! I feel so good
love all three of them ! Enjoyed the last 10minutes more bc yeah the other comments weren’t kidding about how fast the flow was! Christa Janine’s wheel is goals!
My fave yoga popsugar videos are still Koya Webb’s
Love this workout and the instructors; great vibe!
I just saw this video posted on FB a few minutes ago. I had to come
and done you on YT. What a role model and inspiration you are for us thick and scrumptious sistas! Thank you!! ✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿
Enjoyed it thoroughly! Felt revitalizating but not too strenuous after being out with a flare. Thank you for leaving me feeling at home in my body again.
Just a tip for all: you can actually change the playback speed in the settings!
You three are wonderful! Thank you! Namaste 🙏🏽
Thank you Popsugar for this ! Christa Janine is one of the most inspiring person ever
I just did this workout. I feel super good, zen. Thank you.
I did this on my first day of period. it really helped with cramps, I feel calmer now. thanks
Excellent mix of power, vinyasa movements and stretches!!
Amazing 🤗 love all the moves especially the pigeon leg pose and sublime twist move. it was a great stretch for me.🙂👍 Hopefully someday i can do the splits I'm not quite there yet
Excellent instruction - awesome class - thank you!
Incredible class! Christa is my new fave instructor!
DELICIOUS! i can't find another word to express how i feel about this class, it was my first time doing yoga flow and was great, even tho i am used to slow movements and a few deep breathe, doing it nonstop felt amazing, i feel alive and had fun trying a new thing
This had me sweating! It was a good yoga workout! Loved it 🥰
Thank you! Loved this 💙
Loved this flow!!! Thank you ❤️
Loved this workout. Thank you!
Great starter for a new week!
Love Christa's workouts. More videos from her please 🙏.
Nice group of instructors and great video👍💕
Great session, thanks so much!!!
That was beautiful. Thanks Christa ❤️
Beautiful flow... I'm not as strong as?Phil and not as flexible as you are but I enjoyed it... great job 💛🙏🏻💙
Loved it! Great power flow
Great workout. Thanks
This was amazing thank you gus from morocco
great video for experienced yoga practitioners that are familiar with the name of poses and know the sequence of movements as the transitions can be very fast. Do not recommend for yoga beginners or those returning to yoga after a long break as the movements are too fast and hard to follow at best. At worst, you can end up straining a muscle during the rapid transitions if you dont know what you are doing and looking at the video for guidance while holding the poses.
This was a great workout.
Well done! Amazing!
Great work thanks 👍👍👍👍👍
I love it, thank you
Me encantó gracias 🇨🇴
Love her♡ she's so normal 😁❤️
Loved it 💕
Amazing!
lovely - more yoga plezeeee
Yes!
❤️❤️❤️❤️breathing
Im here for this flow even though it still gets a little confusing when she doesn't know her left from her right lololz🤣
Loved this one. Christa is a great instructor. Perhaps, next time, there could be a little longer for breath between each posture. I get that the idea is flow, but this was pretty fast. Great combinations of movements, though!!
Quality stuff
Please bring Christa Janine back. Loved her style and the class she put together, my feedback is for her to slow down, she was even speaking super quickly. That would have been fine if we were doing the same flow again and again, but it changed each time so I felt like I had to watch the video the whole time and even then couldn't keep up. I wonder if she was nervous and that's why she spoke and moved so quickly?
Seemed like a nice flow, but I somehow missed switching to the left side. I kept waiting for the cues for the left but it never happened! A little confusing.
I liked the pace and the instructor. But I'm a bit lost about how/why the instructions (right left) are different to the video. Please help?
Same I’m so confused! Surprised I haven’t seen more comments. I wasn’t sure what to follow and felt like I was repeating moves on the same side. Maybe they were doing it different in the video to face the camera?
Same, came here to see if anyone found that confusing! I kept getting lost on what actual leg we were supposed to use bc the instructions didn't match the screen...I think Phil even got confused at one point lol bc his legs reflected the instruction. Otherwise, great flow, i enjoyed it very much as an evening workout to wind down
So I see we gave up on extended side angle halfway through the flow lmao
Good class! Instructions could be clearer and more consistent during the flow 😊
Although I have done plenty of yoga, this flow is way too fast and doesn't feel like a 'flow'.
Me too. I ended up getting a back pain even cos I think It wasn't a flow
Beware if you have high blood pressure or wrist pain. Yoga can hurt. It is not an all great exercise.
Some parts went waaay to quick, i couldnt follow it
🤣
This was very hard to follow. It didn't help only showing the advanced version every time the instructor stopped working out....the flows weren't explained well.
For me it was the speed. I can’t breathe that fast!
Advanced? With big fat obese..whats the point?
You're rude.
