    I really appreciated to see different bodies and that's why I chose this video for practice this evening. The explanations are precise and clear.
    My disapointment is the speed : I am used to breathe 5 times on each posture. Here I feel on a hurry. There is not enough time on each posture to benefit it.

    As an experienced Instructor, I consider this an excellent guided flow of movement. Beautifully, simply explained. All modifications, use of Sans/common terms are appreciated and selective.
    My only disappointment is the quick change from one pose to the next. Realize with this and other PS demos that this is common.
    Luckily I memorized the session and expanded poses for a more custom-designed
    experience.
    Kudos & applause to the Instructor. Well done.

    I really liked the flow but I feel like Christa spoke very quickly through the movements. Even watching the video you can see the other people trying to keep up - by the time they settled into a pose she was moving on to the next one. But overall I loved the flow and poses!!

    I've been doing yoga since high school (I'm 31 now), and this was definitely one of the most challenging yoga flows I have ever had the gift of participating in. SHEESH! My body is burning in such a good way. Thank you 😄

    this was AMAZING! I've always been a HIIT/Strength Training girlie, and have recently started doing more stretching (and a yoga session every Thursday)! I am feeling a lot more flexible, and used to be able to hold downward dog for literally 2 seconds! Now, I am practising doing the splits! So happy I did this today, we NEED more with Christa Janine, and I LOVED the small talk they had during the session! Definitely coming back to this workout again! I feel so good

    great video for experienced yoga practitioners that are familiar with the name of poses and know the sequence of movements as the transitions can be very fast. Do not recommend for yoga beginners or those returning to yoga after a long break as the movements are too fast and hard to follow at best. At worst, you can end up straining a muscle during the rapid transitions if you dont know what you are doing and looking at the video for guidance while holding the poses.

    Loved this one. Christa is a great instructor. Perhaps, next time, there could be a little longer for breath between each posture. I get that the idea is flow, but this was pretty fast. Great combinations of movements, though!!

    Please bring Christa Janine back. Loved her style and the class she put together, my feedback is for her to slow down, she was even speaking super quickly. That would have been fine if we were doing the same flow again and again, but it changed each time so I felt like I had to watch the video the whole time and even then couldn't keep up. I wonder if she was nervous and that's why she spoke and moved so quickly?

  • @mindy2560

    Seemed like a nice flow, but I somehow missed switching to the left side. I kept waiting for the cues for the left but it never happened! A little confusing.

      Same I’m so confused! Surprised I haven’t seen more comments. I wasn’t sure what to follow and felt like I was repeating moves on the same side. Maybe they were doing it different in the video to face the camera?

    • @lilibarillas6180
      @lilibarillas6180 Год назад

      Same, came here to see if anyone found that confusing! I kept getting lost on what actual leg we were supposed to use bc the instructions didn't match the screen...I think Phil even got confused at one point lol bc his legs reflected the instruction. Otherwise, great flow, i enjoyed it very much as an evening workout to wind down
