    I’m so excited to start doing this! I have really low endurance/stamina, especially since I haven’t done aerial regularly for quite a few months. Thank you!!

      You are very welcome! Enjoy the process! Also don't underestimate the power of a good (non-aerial)workout to help with increased stamina. Running, dancing, push ups, burpees, etc. All of those things help. Enjoy!!

      Haha. I understand. I am so glad my videos are helpful. Keep up the good work. Remember that you are not expected to get these things first try, second try or for a while really. Just practice regularly and enjoy the process. Don't overdo it. Trust your body's ability to learn and change. Yay.     Any tips on how to do leg lifts from the seated pike when your hands are forward (by your knees)?

      Yes! First step is to stretch your pike until you can easily put your chest on your thighs with your knees straight and your back straight (fold in half from the hips). Once you can do that, work on your knee straighteners (starting at 9:45 at this video). If you can do both of those things (WITHOUT HUNCHING YOUR BACK AT ALL), you will then be able to start lifting your legs into pike from the seated position. If your back is rounded at all in your pike stretch, you should NOT lift your legs from there. Think of it as an active stretch as opposed to a conditioning exercise. Yay. Stretch those hamstrings!!! Enjoy!
