  • Just because you can't access your studio or equipment doesn't mean you have to lose all your hard earned progress! Let's keep those muscles ON.
    Section 1. Abs/core
    1:00 - Plank scapular retraction/protraction
    1:24 - Plank up downs
    1:46 - Body saws
    2:42 - Single leg roll ups
    3:17 - Double leg roll ups
    3:35 - Developpe V ups
    4:03 - Full V ups
    4:22 - Panda Roll sequence (tuck, pike, straddle, hollow body roll)
    5:04 - Plank holds: front, sides, back
    5:38 - Stability ball plank holds
    6:45 - Tucks and pikes - stability ball
    7:20 - Tucks and pikes - playground ball
    Section 2. Back/pull
    8:10 - Dumbbells: narrow rows with different orientations, wide rows, flys
    9:45 - Dumbbell rotator cuff
    10:41 - Inverse desk rows
    11:52 - Pull up sequence
    12:56 - Hanging marches
    13:31 - Knees to chest
    13:37 - Hanging rainbows
    Section 3. Grip
    14:00 - Grip hangs
    14:35 - Plate pinch
    15:42 - Farmers carry
    16:17 - Dumbbell forearm curls; flexors and extensors

    I love your child being in your video, screams and all. It makes what you’re doing all that more impressive, knowing you’ve recently had a baby. And she’s adorable! I used to try to work out as a new mom but it was so hard with twins. They would be entertained for a few minutes and then start crying. End of workout. Lol

    Dont you be sorry for anything your doing and looking amazing, im a sine mum and new to your channel and your already inspiring me! if people judge you for being a mum and living your life fluf them. your a real person with a life and they can go be judgy else were!

    Omg, the fingers! I’ve just started practicing aerial a month and a half ago and my fingers are sore!!! And when I say sore, I mean: if I knock my hands on something I want to cry. 🥺

    😆 I don't know if I just subscribed because how knowledgeable you are with your exercises and your ability to talk people through a which muscles to use, while exercising, your mistakes being as realistic as they are, while you just keep on going, or if it was Zoe. ❤ she looked so amazed with the majority of what you were doing, would get excited, then look at the camera like, "Ladies and gentlemen are you seeing this?! WHOA!!" ^_^ ❤
    She even left to bring the Dog!
    She is your hype woman already and amazed and what the human body can do. 'Look doggy, I'm gonna do That when I get bigger'.❤

    Yes! This is exactly what I was looking for. The flipping the dumbells over to simulate a narrow grip pull up is genius. I don't have an exercise ball but I do have floor slider discs. Would those work to substitute in the plank exercises?
