- I do this sequence almost every day as part of my warm up. It connects my whole body, relieves back tension, ignites my leg muscles, and prepares me for all the things acrobatic/aerial that I want to work on.

Thank you
You are very welcome!
Wow, this was very challenging and I had to pause at times. Loved it! Will definitely be repeating this one.
Yes keep practicing. At some point you won’t have to pause any more. That’s when you know you are gaining strength and endurance!!
A fabulous challenge!!! thanks Kerri, I'm going to keep coming back to this and other videos from you : )
Awesome! I am so glad you are enjoying my video. I have a bunch to keep you busy. Enjoy the process!
Definitely feeling the burn. I could not lift my butt off the ground at all for those ladybug taps 😭
Don't worry. Keep working on it and trying other exercises too. The point is not how much you lift. The work of trying to lift is the most important.
Thank you
I ❤ your abs workout!
Hooray! Me too. haha. Keep up the good work!
@@KerriKresinski When I go to the gym I’m using the wireless earphones and follow your instructions meanwhile I’m glancing at the video from time to time ☺️👍
Great work. That’s a super smart way to use my videos in your training. 🤸♀️
I always have issues rolling on my spine with feeling like it hurts to the vertebra of my lower spine unless I’m on cushy enough ground… so following the prompt to round the lower spine is hard because it feels painful on my bones. Any tips?
I would say only do it if you have a soft enough floor underneath your spine. Otherwise you can work on rounding your lower spine without rolling. Just by laying on your back and imprinting your lower spine towards the floor. If you still have trouble, working live with a coach or PT would be the next step. I hope this helps.
@@KerriKresinski thank you!!
