Sophie Kristiansen Awesome!! So glad you enjoyed it, I'm always looking for good new conditioning sets myself, I think RUclips needs more of that! You should post some next ;)
Thank you so much for this! So hard to keep myself working out when it's HOT outside and quarantine motivation is low, your aerials videos have been my go to since I found them!
Wow, I don't think my over the door pull up bar will work, so I'll have to think about getting one that can accommodate your badass moves which I'd love to try!
Yeah you might wreck on a doorframe pull up bar. :) Can you put one in your garage somewhere? Or now that the weather is getting nicer, sometimes you can find a park with a good monkey bar that fits the bill
Thanks for the video. I'm interested in getting into aerial hooping & I realize now I probably shouldn't until I know how to do a pull up 😔 Definitely an intermediate video I see. I'll come back to this when I can lift more than 8lb dumbells, can do 1 pull up without jumping and overall just better upper body strength 😅
THANK YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH! This is exactly what I needed for my Pole journey. I've always wanted to use the pull-up bar in the gym but didn't know what to do once im up there.
I love your video. You are incredibly strong. Wonder if you could give some conditioning tips or your personal journey for getting to the point where you were able to do exercises like a pull-ups and those tuck rocks? What are good exercises to build up to being able to do moves like those?
Jade Morris don’t know if your still interested in this but be slow going down(the negative), it doesn’t matter if you can’t pull up, jump into the pull up position then lower yourself as slowly as possible. Another option is to do pull ups with your feet still on the ground slowly moving them away from underneath the bar until it gets difficult. (If you happen to have resistance bands you can also use those)
I got to 7 pullups...just thought I'd share my happiness. Hehe.
Grace Cornelius 👏👏👏 umm 7 strict pull-ups is HARD. That’s so badass! Great job!
i got to 1/2 a pullup
@@contourbyjoanna I just saw this reply hah. Thank you!!
Good job!
Wow, this is where I aim to be. Bar is set, I will meet it! Thank you!
Katherine Allen Awesome! What a compliment! Keep chipping away at it and one day you’ll be like, “dang, I can totally do all this now, I’m a beast!” 😁
Joanna thank you so much!
Great video for aerial conditioning! Just what I was looking for. Thanks 😊
