- You have all been loving my gymnastics conditioning videos, so I thought it was about time I gave you an updated one! Talking you through some of the gymnastics exercises on my program lately, how to do them and modifications. It's a little more advanced but I hope you like the challenge.

I really appreciate gymnastics follow along exercises and there aren't too many on youtube. I would also love to see a full body real time stretching routine.

These excercises are very helpful since I'm just getting into gymnastics I'll work these in.

Hi Leanne, this is the second video I tried, and they are great, kick butt, but great. I love you on the mat with us with the trainer workout partner model. Seeing you perform the movements gives me a goal to obtain. It is day one for me, but I already tried two workouts, and I can feel parts of my body I forgot I had coming back to life. Thank you please don't stop, if you could include a series that takes people from A-Z that would be great. Also, a prehab video. I have not explored your channel, so if there is something on there like what I just said forgive me. I just wanted to leave a comment before this video clicked to the next one. Thank you so much, I am going to stick with it and can't wait to see progressions. Hopefully all of your dreams come true, thank you for sharing your talent with us, sincerely.

loved this one too! as I stated before I'm still quite young (younger than 15) and this was a great exercise! I could do all of them pretty well except for the v-snap ups, backward roll extension (I couldn't do the other version either because I'm on a really hard floor), and the bar ones because I'm at home, but anyway that this was really good❤
