As a dancer I’ve always been told that my flexibility was what has been holding me back. I really paid no attention to it at first. I would just go to dance without stretching, or I would stretch for a day, then just leave it at that..until I got introduced to a new studio. All the other girls had splits and amazing flexibility except for me, and I was so frustrated about that. So I decided that it was time to actually step up and find a good stretching routine I could work with. I’ve always watched Anna for her stretching videos and flexibility challenges, but never followed through because I was afraid I wasn’t going to be too consistent. I decided it was time to step up and try after a lot of encouragement from myself and dance instructors. A month later, I’m practically on the ground on my right split since starting this routine and so close to my left split! I felt so happy knowing that when I put my mind to something, I can eventually do it, and I plan on working even harder to do oversplits, leaps, and crazy flexibility tricks just like Anna! I feel like everyone is looking for that one comment stating how they got their splits in 1-2 weeks, but keep in mind that it’s about consistency and determination. You can skip some days to let your muscles rest, and it’s okay if it took you longer than planned. You can find ways to make stretching fun, I did mine with some dance friends, watched videos while stretching, and more! Don’t give up tho! I promise you got this! Sorry for the long paragraph ❤
I feel the same way, I’m also dancer, but instead of a new studio it was my first year in middle school and all the girls were so flexible. I was glad my previous dance teacher got me into stretching so I was able to fit in a little bit. In my school it’s kind of like you have to be flexible to even be noticed. 😂
I know how you feel. I was a dancer for about 11 years until I took a big break from lessons and lost so much of my flexibility and still when I was in dance I was never able to do the splits very well and noticed the people around me could because I don’t think I cared enough. Today is day one of trying to get my flexibility back plus more because I might do dance again and realizing how much I want to dance once I’ve lost it makes me want to have that flexibility more.
I was always more flexible than the other girls in my ballet class, but recently they have been surpassing me bc they practiced at home, and I’m starting to feel lazy and weak for not caring enough, I’m scared of losing all my flexibility so I kind of can relate.
I love how Anna does not expect you to already know some things like a split. A lot of other you tubers expect you to have a middle split already! Anna includes everyone at every level! Which is awesome!
@@purplerosx4669 she says to sinks as far down into the stretch as you can. The beginner stretches are for the people who don’t have flexibility at all. Like when it comes to splits I just slide down as far as possible instead of the beginner levels.
Haha so me! I’m in the middle more towards beginner on some stretches, then advanced on some stretches, middle towards the advanced side, and beginner. So honestly idek where I’m at lol
Ok but if anyone is wondering, I used to follow Anna McNulty's routine in 2020.. And no joke when I say I actually got flexible.. SHE LEGIT just keep grinding
Things I wanna learn to do : Split + Middle Split , Leg hold , Leap , Get more flexible in my right leg . ~~~ Day 1-4 : Im already kinda flexible with my left leg, but not too much in my right , I can kinda do a split when my left leg is in the front , but when I do a split when my right leg is in the front , its horrible . I can kinda hold my leg up , but only half way and if I do it for too long my leg starts to hurt . My right leg is getting more flexible , slowly tho lol . [NOTE TO SELF] ~ Update this in 4 days ! ~ (I been busy sorry I couldnt update it on the correct day) ~~~ Day 4-8 : Im getting very flexible in my left leg , my split is getting better everyday ! My right leg is also getting very flexible , and I can sort of do a split when my right leg is in font . My middle split is also getting straighter , and better. I believe in about 1 or 2 weeks , I will have all my splits down . ~ Update this in 4 days ! ~ (I wont forget this time lol .) {Nov 5th} Day 8-12 : Idk if this is exactly 4 days later , but ive been getting close and closer to having a full split with my right leg in front , and my left leg in front . My middle split is also coming along :). I used to use about 3-4 pillows when I did a split with my right leg in front , but now I am only using 1 pillow ! My leap is also getting better and better , and my leg hold is *amazing!* Tho it still hurts a little when I do my splits , im still getting better and the pain is going away the more I get used to it. ~ Update this on *Nov 9th!* ~ ~~~ {Nov 9th} Day 12-16 : My splits are getting so much better! Im honestly surprised , I am also learning to do a scorpion and that is going very well , I can kind of hold it up , but then my leg starts to hurt so I put it down , I also cant keep my balance too well . My leap is decent , it needs some work tho! Im getting deeper and deeper into my middle split , im almost there . And my leg hold has gotten better , and its getting straighter . ~ Update on *Nov 13th!* ~ ~~~ {Nov 13th} Day 16-20 : My splits with my left leg in front is *complete!* , and my split with my right leg in front is getting SOO close to going all the way down ! Im honestly so happy and surprised that this stretch is working so well . It definitely took a little time but I am so happy it finally came along ! My middle split is getting deeper too , and my scorpion is getting amazing , I just need to work on arm strength so I can hold it up for a long time . My leg hold is *amazing!* and my leap is great . If you guys know any tips on how to improve my scorpion , could you let me know? *Also , thank you guys for all of the nice comments ! I really appreciate them , and it warms my heart when I read all of them , thank you
Lets put anna in 2 million like she deserves alot in this world im getting more flexible and healthy bc of her i love her so much, i love you so so much you always make my day if i feel down i just do your streches i already got flexible in my 6th day
Current progress Day 1:hurt like hell and almost couldn't do some of the exercises Day 2:hurts less and some change Day 3:some exercises don't even hurt Day 4: I can almost do the splits! Day 5: I moved on to some of the advanced stretches Day 6: same like day 5 Day 7:suprisingly the stretches have become really easy Day 8:can do the splits! Moved on to some of the advanced exercises Come back tomorrow for more progress
Along with the fact that these routines are so put together, well made, and consistent, they actually work so so so well! They have literally changed my life and I couldn’t be more thankful!💖💖
I did this 2 months , I was not even flexible so I wanted to do these stretches and after 2 months doing this continuously I got my splits in 2 months. Thank you so much anna!!🥺🥺🥺
Story time!!! So growing up I was always flexible I could do backbends, splits, high kicks, fan kicks and handstands but then when I was 11 I badly broke my arm doing a backbend meaning I couldn’t do gymnastics for months then I gave up. Now years later I want to start dancing obviously I’m not going to be as good as I could have been but I’m trying to get flexible to add tricks into my dance. When I first made this decision I thought this will be easy as I used to be so flexible but I can’t even do a high kick which was my signature move. Thank you so much Anna for making these videos I’ll update this on how my journey to become flexible goes
I've done this every day of summer to get flexible so I can be on my dance competition team and now I can do a split on one side and a leg hold. Thank you so much, Anna!!!
I could not even do the splits at the start at all and now I'm literally there with my middle splits and I can now do my front splits too. It took only a month or so, maybe longer but you'll definitely see an improvement 😁

doing this for 10 days! day one: ✅ did it twice day two: ✅ did it once bc i was pretty sore today!! day three: ✅ did it one! again, was sore today:( but i have gained some flexibility in my bad leg:) !! day four: ✅ doing it now! legs are a tiny bit sore still but they are adjusting! this is such a helpful routine! btw i am following other videos and doing other stretches, not only this:) day 5: ✅ did it as well as so many more other stretches! getting much more flexible day 6: ✅ got my splits perfectly on my left leg! i can even reach all the way down my front leg in the split. my right leg got super close today. thanks so much:)!! im trying out for either topgun or cheer extreme next season and i really needed to gain more flexibility since I’m a flyer. day 7: ✅! my right split literally touched the ground. omg and my left is already at the ground. I got my split in 6-7 days this is unreal:O thanks so much anna! day 8: ✅ did this and some other stretches! i am seeing very faint results:)!! my splits hurt so baddddd so I hope they can get better day nine: ✅ results are now showing much more!!!! did this with much more ease :) splits do hurt lots but they are both pretty much at the floor! day 10: ✅!!! finally day 10:) almost done with the challenge but I’m not gonna stop I’m still gonna do it cause it works:) today wasn’t the best. Wonderful results :0 I’m gonna continue using this and I’ll even update!! day 15: 🚫✅? my period was so bad today so I did only a bit !! day 16: ✅- done! did it with my friend, was really fun :) day 17- ✅!!! was really fun and omg the results are INSANE. when doing the hamstring stretch i can go all the way down and touch my toes and put my head through my legs. also when i do my pike stretch and i reach down to my toes i can reach all the way:0!! also my splits barely hurt and my left leg can go all the way down and my right one is extremely close like literally. i cannot stress this enough, this is the best stretch routine I’ve ever used. day 18: ✅! done :D same as yesterday, my flexibility has improved insanely. day 19: 🚫 not much to say other then i had no time today;( but i did some stretches and noticed such a difference. day 20: ✅! WENT FULLY DOWN ON BOTH SPLITS WITHOUT MUCH PROBLEMS OMG?!! day 21: ✅!! DONE, today was a really great stretch day and it really calmed me down. ( btw i am still seeing so much results Like my splits are all the way down, i can do a pike and touch the heels of my feet while having my head at my knees, i can reach all the way down to my legs. Honesty there is much more but these are some of the very major things I have noticed that has helped me for splits, leg holds and my scorpion. Thank u Anna!!! THIS DAY I GOT THE BEST RESULTS day 25: ✅ the stretches are starting to get Insaey easy and im at anna’s level for pretty much every stretch!!! day 26: ✅ the stretches were easy but the splits were a bit challenging today. day 27: ✅ routine was a bit challenging today. :( day 28:🚫 was so sore today!! did do some stretching tho. will do much stretching TMMR tho :) day 29: ✅ was still sore but did it anyways! i hurt my heel really bad yesterday so i was able to do the fullest of my ability on some stretches day 30!!!!: ✅!! today I did with my mom and it was really sore but it was still easy. doing many other stretches day 31: 🚫ughh was sore and tired today but I did do other stretches like my splits and backbends day 32: ✅ i was unbelievably sore but managed to do it :)! although didn’t go fully down on my right leg split day 33: ✅! went full down on both splits even though I’m extremely sore still day 34:✅! had cheer camp yesterday and im soooo sorrreeee so i didnt go fully down on my right leg split but I did get close. Honestly i have gotten so unbelievably flexible like i can do my over splits and regular splits with absolutely no pain and this stretch routine is like a warmup now because of how easy it’s gotten. THANK YOU SO MUCH ANNA, Ive been doing this routine and your other flexibility routine daily for only A WEEK now and I was able to achieve my split! Before doing these routines I was in between beginner and advanced so I knew that I was gonna be able to do it one day but I didn't expect it to be this fast!
I remember being able to, now I can only do the right splits. All that 3-year practice getting middle, left, and right splits wasted. So glad I found anna, I was able to get my right splits back in just a week.
I started this thinking I was gonna do the beginner version and ended up doing the intermediate version all the way. I mostly did this because of Anna. This shows you that you can do it whether your flexible or not. I love you Anna!
commenting to track my progress! Day 1: ✅ It wasn't too hard suprisingly! I'm a dancer trying to get my splits so I'm used to all of the stretching. It hurt a little though! Day 2: ✅ It was still pretty easy and I ended up feeling pretty great after the stretch Day 3 : ✅ I'm starting to feel a whole lot better. I'm not as sore and im slowly getting used to this routine!

hi everyone, I will do this for as long as possible and see the results! here they are: ~day one- pretty bad, I can barely do the beginner split and the beginner moves for everything else too. ~day two-im still only at beginner and I was pretty rubbish but I can get closer! I think the 'split' was even worse today ~day three- today was kinda bad tbh! I hope I can improve. the split was terrible but the other stretches weren't too bad. ~day four- at the start I was doing really bad but some of the last exercises and the split looked a lot better. ~day five- today was super good for most of it! IM GETTING CLOSER TO THE SPLITT
@@me-zn5lp thank you! Yes sometimes I hold my breathe unconsciously, my bad. Do you know which time is the best to do stretching? Is it in the morning? Afternoon? Or night? I feel more flexible in the night after finish the activities, however in the morning it becomes stiffer.
I can hold my leg high like it is in the tumbnail (i dont know if that is how you spell it)i can do oversplit, scorpion, and fall into a bridge and i just wanna thank you anna for making me do that 🌸thank you🌸

I'm kind of imagining you when you let your head fall. It remembered me of this. Two days ago my coach started checking our back drop bridge (like when you do a bridge from standing to a bridge ) So like my coach she helped me and I was like omg I never thought I'd be able to do it. So I went home I asked my sister to help but I don't think she really understood me because she didn't catch or push my back Instead she laid down her hands on the floor . And I dropped back so I just got my head right to the ground 😭😂.

Ok so I have cheer tryouts soon so I’m gonna do this everyday and see how it goes Wish me luck! 😣😊(like so I can log back in again) -day one: it kinda hurts when I do the stretches and my knees aren’t flexible at all. I can only do the beginning split. -day two: I still don’t see any difference from yesterday and my legs still hurt and aren’t going far down enough in the split. -day three: some of the stretches was kinda easier and could stretch farther towards my legs. I also realized that I was a bit closer to my splits maybe a couple of inches. -day four: I’m closer to my splits and and my back dosen’t hurt as much when I stretch down. Also my body was sore the whole day but when I did the stretches it started feeling a bit better. AND CHEER TRYOUTS ARE TOMORROW!! wish me luck 😭😊😊❤️ -day five: I didn’t skip this day I still did the stretches and the first day of tryouts was good for those of you wondering. I did the stretches before going to tryouts and they made me look very flexible lol -day six: I skipped this day because I forgot sorry 😭

OMG!!! I got my SPLITS....thank you soooo much I really saw my improvement . I did this for more than two weeks . I am soooo happy and thankful☺️to all the people who wants to get their splits work hard and you'll achieve it one day 💙it's not a thing you can get in one day it depends on each person I had been excersing for months and got my splits finally .
I have been working on this for ages and am super exited now because it is helping me with my right and left leg split i have never been able to do the right leg and i have been using the beginner and now i can almost do the advanced! And i also love how you do the beginner as well that makes some of us feel 10x more confident that we cant all be advanced!! :)

Tracking my progress: Day one, october 17: Did mostly the beginner streches, didn’t do them that well, but actually felt good, none of the streches really hurt. Day two, october 19: Did the beginner streches today too, felt it a bit more, but still felt good. I have decided that i will do it at least one time a day for the next 14 days, I’m exited Day 3, october 20: Didn’t really feel like steching today, but still did it. It hurt a bit more to day, but i also did more advanced streches, and i actually saw a bit of progress Day 4, october 21: I almost forgot about it today so had to do it pretty late, it hurt a bit more than yesterday, but I saw a lot of progress today. Just a tip!!- It shouldn’t feel comfortable, but it shouldn’t hurt- it should feel uncomfortable and Anna I love your videos!!! I’ve been doing your stretches for a few years now and I’ve got my oversplit and nearly middle split also so close to a needle!!!
Anna is so amazing she puts time in all her videos and I literally nearly got my splits by doing that routine 2 times today when I Wasn’t even close to doing them before .I highly recommend this.
I'm gonna do this everyday at 6am for 5 months so um here's progress: HOLD UP REAL QUICK THAT YOU SOO MUCH FOR SO MANY LIKES E ~Day one: Kinda hard, feels pain in legs when doing split, can only do the beginner split ~Day Two: I see improvement of my split, cant get all the way down though ~Day Three: I got so close today and I stopped feeling a lot of pain when doing toe touches; I got a friend to do it with me so I'm not lonely :> ~Day Four: I was SO CLOSE and then I fell over but I am happy I got that far. ~Day Five: GOT IT WITH LITTLE SISTERS HELPPPPPPPPPP EEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! ~Day Six: I cant do it even close anymore- ~Day seven: Yep cant do it anymore... ~Day Eight: IM GETTING CLOSE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ~Day nine: EEEEEE I CAN DO ITTTTT and my leg holds are getting higher
Tracking my progress Day 1: October 1st I'm not flexible at all so I decided to stick to the beginner side for now. I really really felt those stretches but it felt really good. It was a bit hard for me to straighten my back on some of the exercises but I didn't give up:) hope to see progress in the next days or weeks Day 2: The second day I got a little better I feel like I got a lot down at split although I am still very high from the ground. I got a little sore from yesterday. But it didn't stop me! I really love doing stretches it relieves so much stress in my body. My balance in some exercises is still not that good but I'll keep working on them:) Day 3: I took a rest day
My progress: Day 1: July 11: Today I feel good 😊 I’m not flexible but I hope I can get the splits! July 29: today I feel a lot of change! I am kinda close to my split! I really hope I could make it! August 15: today I got way more change and I am super close to my splits! August 20: I could do my split! Now the other side! August 26: I could do the other side left and right split! September 18: I could do the middle split! 😁 September 25 ( today ) I am still stretching and getting better ❤️🩹 I love you Anna thank you so much 😊
~progress~ Day 1: a lot of pain, but it really does feel good after a while. Day 2: hurts less, able to do a handstand for like a second. not completely though. Day 3: homework. Day 4: only had time to do half of the lesson, didn’t really do anything Day 5: doesn’t really hurt, able to do 3 of the hardcore exercise thingy. Day 6: full on handstand Day 7: same as day 6, but for 6 seconds Day 8: able to do a cartwheel!! (my friend kinda help though.) Day 9: able to do almost all of the hard exercises!!! Day 10: ALL OF THE HARD EXERCISES!! Day 11: i had to do this 2 times on that day, but I can.. DO A SPLIT!!! not for long though. Day 12: amazing, doing all of the hard exercises in this video. Do I recommend?? YESS!!! Trust me, the results are worth it. At first this might hurt, but just do it a couple of times and you’ll be a complete gymnast! This is also amazing for losing some weight. (well, I wouldn’t say GOOD For losing weight.) Also idk if this is only for me but if I trip/fall over then my legs hurt less. well, still hurts quite badly. Results: able to do a cartwheel, split, handstand and a bridge!! but I’m kinda working on doing a split for a larger amount of time. also, the timing of days I wrote aren’t gonna be the same for others. this is bc one of my good friends helped me everyday at break time/recess and sometimes after school! (also I might of spelt “recess” wrong because I’m not American, I’m from the UK in England. :) tysm for reading the results, I give you the best of luck for good results and for now, bye!! :>

I do my stretches in at my school in dance studio whenever I miss stretches do in morning, even I'm from UK in England, I am currently learning my splits, it takes time but if you do the streches everyday then you'll see the result overtime. ❣
I'm currently on day 1 but this feels like it really helps im in ballet but I'm not flexible at all so hopefully by the end of winter break I can do the splits and kick my legs up super high!

Thank you Anna so much! I discovered you 1 week ago and started doing you stretch routines because I lost my splits because I have not done them in a long time. I am slowly getting my splits back! I have been doing your routines everyday and I can never thank you enough! EDIT!! 15-4-22 I got my splits on my good leg and nearly on my bad leg! I also did the middle split stretch and i never gave up :)
Day 1: I loved it! I can do most of them out of the beginner stage but also not in the mc nulty stage! Day 2: Pretty much like day 1 but I left more of a stretch also when I went in to do my leg lifts and needles I got way higher!!

As a dancer I’ve always been told that my flexibility was what has been holding me back. I really paid no attention to it at first. I would just go to dance without stretching, or I would stretch for a day, then just leave it at that..until I got introduced to a new studio. All the other girls had splits and amazing flexibility except for me, and I was so frustrated about that. So I decided that it was time to actually step up and find a good stretching routine I could work with. I’ve always watched Anna for her stretching videos and flexibility challenges, but never followed through because I was afraid I wasn’t going to be too consistent. I decided it was time to step up and try after a lot of encouragement from myself and dance instructors. A month later, I’m practically on the ground on my right split since starting this routine and so close to my left split! I felt so happy knowing that when I put my mind to something, I can eventually do it, and I plan on working even harder to do oversplits, leaps, and crazy flexibility tricks just like Anna! I feel like everyone is looking for that one comment stating how they got their splits in 1-2 weeks, but keep in mind that it’s about consistency and determination. You can skip some days to let your muscles rest, and it’s okay if it took you longer than planned. You can find ways to make stretching fun, I did mine with some dance friends, watched videos while stretching, and more! Don’t give up tho! I promise you got this!

I feel the same way, I’m also dancer, but instead of a new studio it was my first year in middle school and all the girls were so flexible. I was glad my previous dance teacher got me into stretching so I was able to fit in a little bit. In my school it’s kind of like you have to be flexible to even be noticed. 😂

@@purplerosx4669 she says to sinks as far down into the stretch as you can. The beginner stretches are for the people who don’t have flexibility at all. Like when it comes to splits I just slide down as far as possible instead of the beginner levels.

I can kinda hold my leg up , but only half way and if I do it for too long my leg starts to hurt . My right leg is getting more flexible , slowly tho lol .

{Nov 5th} Day 8-12 : Idk if this is exactly 4 days later , but ive been getting close and closer to having a full split with my right leg in front , and my left leg in front . My middle split is also coming along :). I used to use about 3-4 pillows when I did a split with my right leg in front , but now I am only using 1 pillow ! My leap is also getting better and better , and my leg hold is *amazing!* Tho it still hurts a little when I do my splits , im still getting better and the pain is going away the more I get used to it.

{Nov 9th} Day 12-16 : My splits are getting so much better! Im honestly surprised , I am also learning to do a scorpion and that is going very well , I can kind of hold it up , but then my leg starts to hurt so I put it down , I also cant keep my balance too well . My leap is decent , it needs some work tho! Im getting deeper and deeper into my middle split , im almost there . And my leg hold has gotten better , and its getting straighter .

{Nov 13th} Day 16-20 : My splits with my left leg in front is *complete!* , and my split with my right leg in front is getting SOO close to going all the way down ! Im honestly so happy and surprised that this stretch is working so well . It definitely took a little time but I am so happy it finally came along ! My middle split is getting deeper too , and my scorpion is getting amazing , I just need to work on arm strength so I can hold it up for a long time . My leg hold is *amazing!* and my leap is great . If you guys know any tips on how to improve my scorpion , could you let me know?

Story time!!!
So growing up I was always flexible I could do backbends, splits, high kicks, fan kicks and handstands but then when I was 11 I badly broke my arm doing a backbend meaning I couldn’t do gymnastics for months then I gave up.
Now years later I want to start dancing obviously I’m not going to be as good as I could have been but I’m trying to get flexible to add tricks into my dance. When I first made this decision I thought this will be easy as I used to be so flexible but I can’t even do a high kick which was my signature move. Thank you so much Anna for making these videos I’ll update this on how my journey to become flexible goes

I could not even do the splits at the start at all and now I'm literally there with my middle splits and I can now do my front splits too. It took only a month or so, maybe longer but you'll definitely see an improvement 😁

day 14- ✅! finished today and finished the whole challenge!! here are my results: i got my split on my left leg, i can do my split on my right leg when i realy push myself, my leg hold is much higher and i realized that my right leg doesn’t hurt as much when I lift it then it would used to. Wonderful results :0 I’m gonna continue using this and I’ll even update!!

day 17- ✅!!! was really fun and omg the results are INSANE. when doing the hamstring stretch i can go all the way down and touch my toes and put my head through my legs. also when i do my pike stretch and i reach down to my toes i can reach all the way:0!! also my splits barely hurt and my left leg can go all the way down and my right one is extremely close like literally. i cannot stress this enough, this is the best stretch routine I’ve ever used.
day 18: ✅! done :D same as yesterday, my flexibility has improved insanely.
day 19: 🚫 not much to say other then i had no time today;( but i did some stretches and noticed such a difference.
day 20: ✅! WENT FULLY DOWN ON BOTH SPLITS WITHOUT MUCH PROBLEMS OMG?!!
day 21: ✅!! DONE, today was a really great stretch day and it really calmed me down. ( btw i am still seeing so much results Like my splits are all the way down, i can do a pike and touch the heels of my feet while having my head at my knees, i can reach all the way down to my legs. Honesty there is much more but these are some of the very major things I have noticed that has helped me for splits, leg holds and my scorpion. Thank u Anna!!!

day 25: ✅ the stretches are starting to get Insaey easy and im at anna’s level for pretty much every stretch!!!
day 26: ✅ the stretches were easy but the splits were a bit challenging today.
day 27: ✅ routine was a bit challenging today. :(
day 28:🚫 was so sore today!! did do some stretching tho. will do much stretching TMMR tho :)
day 29: ✅ was still sore but did it anyways! i hurt my heel really bad yesterday so i was able to do the fullest of my ability on some stretches
day 30!!!!: ✅!! today I did with my mom and it was really sore but it was still easy. doing many other stretches
day 31: 🚫ughh was sore and tired today but I did do other stretches like my splits and backbends
day 32: ✅ i was unbelievably sore but managed to do it :)! although didn’t go fully down on my right leg split
day 33: ✅! went full down on both splits even though I’m extremely sore still
day 34:✅! had cheer camp yesterday and im soooo sorrreeee so i didnt go fully down on my right leg split but I did get close. I’m gonna hold my splits for around 30 seconds rn to get a deeper stretch
day 35: ✅! done:) went down on both splits, really stretched. my legs weren’t as sore as they have been for the past days so that’s always good! i have cheer camp and a flying PRIV today so this was rlly helpful!:)
day 36: ✅!! did this with MANY other stretches. wasn’t sore today even after cheer camp yesterday. went down on both splits! good day
day 37: ✅doneee!!! btw if ur wondering my results by now i have both my splits with 0 pain and can do my left over split with 0 pain. i also have a really good bow and arrow on my left and a really good heel stretch on my right. thanks Anna:)!
day 38: ✅ OMG almost day 40:o! Honestly i have gotten so unbelievably flexible like i can do my over splits and regular splits with absolutely no pain and this stretch routine is like a warmup now because of how easy it’s gotten. Thank you so much Anna u literally have been saving my life

THANK YOU SO MUCH ANNA, Ive been doing this routine and your other flexibility routine daily for only A WEEK now and I was able to achieve my split! Before doing these routines I was in between beginner and advanced so I knew that I was gonna be able to do it one day but I didn't expect it to be this fast!
The fact that she can go from one side split, rotate to middle splits and then stretch the other side split without getting up... that's A FLEX 💪💕

hi everyone, I will do this for as long as possible and see the results! here they are:
~day one- pretty bad, I can barely do the beginner split and the beginner moves for everything else too.
~day two-im still only at beginner and I was pretty rubbish but I can get closer! I think the 'split' was even worse today
~day three- today was kinda bad tbh! I hope I can improve. the split was terrible but the other stretches weren't too bad.
~day four- at the start I was doing really bad but some of the last exercises and the split looked a lot better.
~day five- today was super good for most of it! IM GETTING CLOSER TO THE SPLITT

@@me-zn5lp thank you! Yes sometimes I hold my breathe unconsciously, my bad. Do you know which time is the best to do stretching? Is it in the morning? Afternoon? Or night? I feel more flexible in the night after finish the activities, however in the morning it becomes stiffer.

Ok so I have cheer tryouts soon so I’m gonna do this everyday and see how it goes Wish me luck! 😣😊(like so I can log back in again)
-day one: it kinda hurts when I do the stretches and my knees aren’t flexible at all. I can only do the beginning split.
-day two: I still don’t see any difference from yesterday and my legs still hurt and aren’t going far down enough in the split.
-day three: some of the stretches was kinda easier and could stretch farther towards my legs. I also realized that I was a bit closer to my splits maybe a couple of inches.
-day four: I’m closer to my splits and and my back dosen’t hurt as much when I stretch down. Also my body was sore the whole day but when I did the stretches it started feeling a bit better. AND CHEER TRYOUTS ARE TOMORROW!! wish me luck 😭😊😊❤️
-day five: I didn’t skip this day I still did the stretches and the first day of tryouts was good for those of you wondering. I did the stretches before going to tryouts and they made me look very flexible lol

OMG!!! I got my SPLITS....thank you soooo much I really saw my improvement . I did this for more than two weeks . I am soooo happy and thankful☺️to all the people who wants to get their splits work hard and you'll achieve it one day 💙it's not a thing you can get in one day it depends on each person I had been excersing for months and got my splits finally .
I have been working on this for ages and am super exited now because it is helping me with my right and left leg split i have never been able to do the right leg and i have been using the beginner and now i can almost do the advanced! And i also love how you do the beginner as well that makes some of us feel 10x more confident that we cant all be advanced!! :)

Did the beginner streches today too, felt it a bit more, but still felt good. I have decided that i will do it at least one time a day for the next 14 days, I’m exited

Didn’t really feel like steching today, but still did it. It hurt a bit more to day, but i also did more advanced streches, and i actually saw a bit of progress
Day 4, october 21:
I almost forgot about it today so had to do it pretty late, it hurt a bit more than yesterday, but I saw a lot of progress today. I’M SO EXITED

Day 1: October 1st
I'm not flexible at all so I decided to stick to the beginner side for now. I really really felt those stretches but it felt really good. It was a bit hard for me to straighten my back on some of the exercises but I didn't give up:) hope to see progress in the next days or weeks
Day 2: The second day I got a little better I feel like I got a lot down at split although I am still very high from the ground. I got a little sore from yesterday. But it didn't stop me! I really love doing stretches it relieves so much stress in my body. My balance in some exercises is still not that good but I'll keep working on them:)

Day 1: a lot of pain, but it really does feel good after a while.
Day 2: hurts less, able to do a handstand for like a second. not completely though.
Day 3: homework.
Day 4: only had time to do half of the lesson, didn’t really do anything
Day 5: doesn’t really hurt, able to do 3 of the hardcore exercise thingy.
Day 6: full on handstand
Day 7: same as day 6, but for 6 seconds
Day 8: able to do a cartwheel!! (my friend kinda help though.)
Day 9: able to do almost all of the hard exercises!!!
Day 10: ALL OF THE HARD EXERCISES!!
Day 11: i had to do this 2 times on that day, but I can.. DO A SPLIT!!! not for long though.
Day 12: amazing, doing all of the hard exercises in this video.
Do I recommend??
YESS!!! Trust me, the results are worth it. At first this might hurt, but just do it a couple of times and you’ll be a complete gymnast! This is also amazing for losing some weight. (well, I wouldn’t say GOOD For losing weight.) Also idk if this is only for me but if I trip/fall over then my legs hurt less. well, still hurts quite badly.
Results:
able to do a cartwheel, split, handstand and a bridge!! but I’m kinda working on doing a split for a larger amount of time. also, the timing of days I wrote aren’t gonna be the same for others. this is bc one of my good friends helped me everyday at break time/recess and sometimes after school! (also I might of spelt “recess” wrong because I’m not American, I’m from the UK in England. :)

Thx, I love that you are from the UK and I think it's been a year since u wrote this I didn't check but I bet your doing great, I'm trying to get flexible for dance and/or gymnastics.
I do my stretches in at my school in dance studio whenever I miss stretches do in morning, even I'm from UK in England, I am currently learning my splits, it takes time but if you do the streches everyday then you'll see the result overtime. ❣

I'm currently on day 1 but this feels like it really helps im in ballet but I'm not flexible at all so hopefully by the end of winter break I can do the splits and kick my legs up super high!

Anna, if you’re reading this, I am so thankful to you for making so many videos in which you focus on leg flexibility, I have finally achieved the splits after a month of stretching because of you😊😊😊

Thank you Anna so much! I discovered you 1 week ago and started doing you stretch routines because I lost my splits because I have not done them in a long time. I am slowly getting my splits back! I have been doing your routines everyday and I can never thank you enough!
EDIT!! 15-4-22 I got my splits on my good leg and nearly on my bad leg! I also did the middle split stretch and i never gave up :)
Day 1: I loved it! I can do most of them out of the beginner stage but also not in the mc nulty stage!
Day 2: Pretty much like day 1 but I left more of a stretch also when I went in to do my leg lifts and needles I got way higher!!
