Glad you like my routines and exercises. Do you mean back bending workouts? I have one back bending prep video here. ruclips.net/video/SVSfDtR2b8Y/видео.html. I don't post video tutorials for most of the deeper, more advanced work because it is so individualized and can be dangerous if people misunderstand any direction. I prefer to do all of that work in person. Come train with me at my paradise circus school in Mexico. www.sweetretreatsdr.com/circus-fit-intensive/ .

What does the snapping mean? My hip does it if I move my leg in circular full-range (down-side-up) straddle motion. Snapping doesnt happen if the range is only from side to up, or down-to side. What do I need to do to get rid of it. I can do a straddle split on the floor only if im very warm.

Hi Sonja. I can only answer questions like this when I am able to work with you in person. Each body is different, and it is not wise to give advice like this without working with you one on one. What I can say is that for most people, that 'snapping' sound is when the tendon of your quad/hip flexor muscles moves over your anterior pelvis bone. This happens to many people (including myself), and is quite normal. If it hurts, do not do it. You probably can't get rid of it because it is one body part moving across another. I would love to work with you in person any time. www.sweetretreatsdr.com/aerial-acro-retreats/

@@KerriKresinski Thank you for your answer, and for the good videos too. I have found the practises very useful, cumulating and detailed enough to be performed right.
If I lived any closer (or were richer :) ) I would definitely come to try the retreat. The place looks and sounds awesome. Now, just youtube, but who knows the future..
