      Hi Francesca. You are very welcome. I am happy to help with some videos for beginners. You should definitely start with the abs video, stretching video and this straddle inversions video.     Hola! I just started and I am so frustrated cuz I can’t even invert (no strength and flexibility) can 8do this excersise to get better at this? Do I need to warm up? Thank you!

      Hi Sofia. I understand your frustration. When I started, I didn't have any strength either. This stuff is NOT easy! Just keep working on it and be patient and persistent. You can supplement with yoga classes. YES you should warm up before doing any exercises for strength or flexibility.
