    Follow along to this sequence of the most fundamental conditioning exercises for aerials. These are the exercises for you to do at home if you've just started Aerial hoop/ lyre, silks, pole or trapeze. Make sure you warm up prior to doing these exercises.

    You make the leg one that go over your head look so easy lol I can get the straddle one further than with legs together but not all the way. I'll just have to keep working on it to gain strength so I can do it

      You don't need to stretch as far as I am - try to avoid hunching and just reach as far as gives you a gentle stretch.
