Hey Candace, I wanted to thank you for ALL your videos and in general for your teaching style. Last week I have led a group of six practitioners through a morning vinyasa flow and that was largely inspired by your teaching style and sequences. One came up to me the next day and said it was the best yoga sequence she ever did, which was a nice reassuring. For over a year now I have been doubting whether I'll ever become a certified yoga teacher, but if I ever do, it'd be largely thanks to examples such as your teaching style. Be well and thanks for your videos and teachings.

Enjoyed this one pre elliptical - challenging but short. Or if you are just short on time as I so often am. I love your voice and do not miss music at all.

Loved it. And not only was this my first successful tripod headstand, I was also able to transition into crow the second time - a pretty sloppy crow, but still a crow. Exactly what I needed before a long day of dissertation writing.

Thank you for posting another graceful, yet invigorating practice. Your beginner videos have helped me tremendously and each week I can see improvements in both balance and strength.
Due to bilateral prophylactic mastectomy surgeries (in 2008) I may never be able to progress to the advanced balance moves that require strong chest and arms muscles, but I enjoy watching you do them with such grace. In exchange, I a boat pose or plank, and meet up in down dog.
    Thank you again!

Nice video and instructions! But It's a bit frustrating to have the voice instructions only after you've already moved the body, so if there was a spinal twist and i'm supposed to look the opposite direction - i hear you saying release, turn around and realise that you are far ahead :D

Great flow! I really like the focus on strength. I'm not sure if I was supposed to warm up before but I wish there was a little bit more warm up in the beginning. Otherwise loved it. You've got a great soothing voice and seem like you really know what you're talking about.

Great video, thanks a lot. Sometimes a bit too difficult still but I'll keep practising.
