    This yoga video is a short 23-minutes practice that offers a great workout and stretch. I love practicing this sequence in the morning to start my day off right, but it can be practiced any time of the day that works for you.

    I teach at juvenile detention center and my residents really enjoy your videos.. it calms them and has helped them with self regulation..

    Please do more videos like this. No too many explanations. Right in the position. 20-25 mins. Perfect. Other morning workouts you have often have too much explanations wasting time for the real exercises. Thanks for your videos. I love it. Especially for the attentions to the right posture.

    Tim, what an awesome surprise having you speak as you practice! It was great and very connecting, thankyou. I even managed to find the confidence to do a headstand on my mat in the middle of the room as opposed to the nervous shuffle over to a wall. Thanks again

    This was great, looking forward to checking out more of your videos. I usually only have time for 20-30 minutes of yoga in the morning, so this was just right and I didn't mind the explanations like another commenter mentioned.

      Tim I left a message on your website advising that I've been trying to set up a monthly direct debit via my Visa card but it keeps "jamming" when ever I try to input my Australian address.     I like the new style of you talking to us as you go through the poses. In your older videos, it was sometimes harder to follow along because the voice over didn't always match what I was seeing on the video. Also, this feels more organic, almost like we're in the same room.

    Hi Tim! I have been doing for years another yoga teacher's videos and for some reasons I have stopped. I have found your channel then. Your videos are sometimes challenging but I like the challenge. Especially the videos by the ocean are my favorites! :) It is nice to see the ocean in the morning as I live in a country where there is no sea. Thank you for all!

    Adored this sequence- am looking forward to continue to add your workouts to my morning routine.
    One suggestion - in corpse pose, if the intent is to remain there for 5 minutes, please do so in the video and indicate when the time has passed (otherwise, RUclips leaps into advertising almost immediately - it's near impossible to maintain calm/focused and to know when 5 min have passed.

      install Adblocker and turn autoplay off (the little blue 'switch' at the top of the 'up next' list) - then the video will just stop and you'll be able to enjoy corpse pose in peace :)

      Yoga is TIMELESS Tim; 3, 4 year old videos are still relevant. The newer practictioners voices are ÑOT as good as your slow, relaxed, exact tones. Thanks for these important lessons👍👍

    Great video Tim. It makes such a difference hearing you speak. Would be great to see something on improving upper body (and in particular upper back) strength. I'm trying to beat the slight curve I'm getting from too much time in front a computer at work. Thanks again!

    I enjoyed the flow and the alignment cues were great, but much of it moved faster than I wanted to be breathing first thing in the morning.

      +Jen M That could be a good idea. Although I think one of the best things for your digestion is leaving room for air when you eat. According to BKS Iyengar, is Indian Medicine (Ayurveda) the best way to improve digestion is to leave room in your stomach when you eat (he suggests a third). I like to think a 1/5 because I'm so active. Try that out!

      Yoga With Tim I am actually trying too. I don't get hungry often, but when I do, I ear too much. Healthy foods, but too much of them. Thankyou! Many blessings (would still love a class with lots of twists tho, lol) bless you and thankyou
