This was quite advanced in some parts EG headstand. Would have been nice if you had mentioned this in the description. I found it a bit too full on for a morning practise. Would also have been good if you had mentioned that we needed a block at the beginning of the video or in the descriptor.
I have been trying a lot of online yoga through this pandemic. Tim you have a gentle yoga Aura yet you get the heat going. You are my favorite! New fan!! I appreciate your soulfulness and will continue to follow🙏
Tim, what an awesome surprise having you speak as you practice! It was great and very connecting, thankyou. I even managed to find the confidence to do a headstand on my mat in the middle of the room as opposed to the nervous shuffle over to a wall. Thanks again
Please do more videos like this. No too many explanations. Right in the position. 20-25 mins. Perfect. Other morning workouts you have often have too much explanations wasting time for the real exercises. Thanks for your videos. I love it. Especially for the attentions to the right posture.
I really loved this total body morning flow. As a busy mom I don’t always have time for a 45 minute class. This video was the perfect length and I’d love to see more!!! 😊
Tim, your videos are outstanding! You inspire me to more fully embrace my practice. I love the unexpected guests that seem to grace each session! Your signature to be sure. Keep up the great work!! Thank you, and Namaste🙏
Hi Tim! I have been doing for years another yoga teacher's videos and for some reasons I have stopped. I have found your channel then. Your videos are sometimes challenging but I like the challenge. Especially the videos by the ocean are my favorites! :) It is nice to see the ocean in the morning as I live in a country where there is no sea. Thank you for all!
Thank you Tim, this morning yoga session was great, but unfortunately I could not do the headstand pose, it is too difficult for me, hope I'll be able to do it someday. Thank you once again, Namaste
Thank you Tim. I have been doing relaxing yoga evening videos and for this morning I felt it was a bit too fast for me especially after a long time. Thankyou though it gave me a kick start. Thank you very much.
Tim I left a message on your website advising that I've been trying to set up a monthly direct debit via my Visa card but it keeps "jamming" when ever I try to input my Australian address. Any thoughts as I'm keen to support the site (particularly as I complete on average two of your practices per day). Thanks.
This was great, looking forward to checking out more of your videos. I usually only have time for 20-30 minutes of yoga in the morning, so this was just right and I didn't mind the explanations like another commenter mentioned.
Yoga is TIMELESS Tim; 3, 4 year old videos are still relevant. The newer practictioners voices are ÑOT as good as your slow, relaxed, exact tones. Thanks for these important lessons👍👍
NIce way to turn up the heat! It's 64 degrees here in my yoga room and I am sweating nicely-- thanks to you! Its election day and I woke up extra early, excited and exhilarated to start my day with your two of your videos. Off to the polls now, then out for a trail run, life is good! Namaste.
I really love these morning flows. I have a seven month old son and he's only patient playing on his own for a small window of time first thing in the morning so I find myself coming back to your morning flows a lot. Thank you for your videos, they have made a big difference for me!
My body was trembling some minutes ago and now it feels so relaxed. I'll take a super relaxing and warm shower now. I know my day is going to be awesome after this practice. Thank you for doing this 💚💜💙💛 have a great day
Tim, you have opened up my yoga practice by leaps and bounds. You have helped correct my form in so many ways that the energy I feel after a practice has increased considerably. Yes, you can say my chokras are immensely happy. :) I will continue to participate. Much appreciation & thanks.
Adored this sequence- am looking forward to continue to add your workouts to my morning routine. One suggestion - in corpse pose, if the intent is to remain there for 5 minutes, please do so in the video and indicate when the time has passed (otherwise, RUclips leaps into advertising almost immediately - it's near impossible to maintain calm/focused and to know when 5 min have passed.
install Adblocker and turn autoplay off (the little blue 'switch' at the top of the 'up next' list) - then the video will just stop and you'll be able to enjoy corpse pose in peace :)
Hey Tim, thank you for the video, quite a "into the action flow" for the morning. I want to incorporate some chest openning or bridge poses in it since these are my fav poses for the morning to start the day positive and open. I will be sure to do some twists after them alos but I just am not sure where in the flow would I add them. Suggestions? Thanks, Ana
hi Tim! I love your morning Yoga videos. They are short but they make me sweat. They are also challenging but they still make me feel relaxed afterwards. I'm glad I found your channel. :)
Tim today I practiced your Day-4 Total body Yoga and cheat practiced this one. I really needed a stretch after a long day at office. Hope that's cool. 😊
after an absence of more than several months - feeling happy to be back to your site. After only several days I am once again energised - in these challenging times of the big global C V 19 - you still provide a welcome, calm reprieve.
I like the new style of you talking to us as you go through the poses. In your older videos, it was sometimes harder to follow along because the voice over didn't always match what I was seeing on the video. Also, this feels more organic, almost like we're in the same room.
I like this one as it is simple, but very effective, also due to the fact all major asanas are included. The asana sequence can be called traditional. I shall use this sequence as a sort of "template, as e. g. Triangles Balances and floor postures can be varied. Very useful when travelling, too, as it is short.
Great video Tim. It makes such a difference hearing you speak. Would be great to see something on improving upper body (and in particular upper back) strength. I'm trying to beat the slight curve I'm getting from too much time in front a computer at work. Thanks again!
+Martin F I think all of the videos I have address that. But more specifically try the yoga for crossfit. There is a section for that. also the upper back video
Hey Tim, thanks for your videos. I would love to implement some Yoga in my daily routine. And also preferably in the morning. Since I am quite new to Yoga can I just start with this Flow or would you suggest another sequence of yours to begin with? Big thanks in advance!
Hi Tim! I just discovered yoga late last year, and even more recently, your channel. This sequence is my favorite, and have been trying the past month or so to mount up the courage to get my feet up on a headstand...and I finally did it! Still against the wall though, but so thrilled with the progress. I really appreciate your very detailed, almost scientific approach to explaining the poses. No fuss, no glamour, just pure and simple yoga. Exactly what I was looking for (the diamond among the more "popular" yoga channels on youtube). Been recommending your channel to my friends as well. Thanks again! More power :)
Dear Tim, I follow you since a while from Montreal. I am a woman of 55 years old. I have tried your 23 minute morning flow, OMG! Not long but efficient; my problem is that I can not bring back my feet in the front when I am in my dog position. It's like my arms are not long enough and the feet can not reach the front of my mat. Anyway, if you some advises or hints, let me know. Please do not stop your good work! Have a good Tuesday. :)
Right on, thanks for commenting Catharine! I was in Baja last week, just ensenada, but thinking of doing a 7 sisters mission soon. Looking forward to Fiji too!!

I teach at juvenile detention center and my residents really enjoy your videos.. it calms them and has helped them with self regulation..
Oh nice, I'm glad the videos are helping them
Thanks Tim. I am still struggling with the inverted pose though. I guess I should take my time :)
Yah takes time
Thank You Tim, Namaste

+S Rumon Ok, Try the inversion video to learn how.
Thank you Tim. I have been doing relaxing yoga evening videos and for this morning I felt it was a bit too fast for me especially after a long time. Thankyou though it gave me a kick start. Thank you very much.
Thanks for the video! Was awesome to have you instruct the video live, I think it brings a much greater connection.
+Mark Tozer Oh, cool. Thanks for the feedback
Thank you again! I will support you and the channel since you help me with getting through my doctorate studies so much!
My favourite practise. 23 minutes of nirvana!
Thanks Rick

thanks again tim! great way to start the day :) Namaste
sorry for the multi posts... Technology :(
This is still my go-to morning video when I don't know which one to do. The pacing and sequencing is really great for the morning. Thanks, Tim.
PERFECT, slow paced postures that are easy to follow. YOUR soothing modulated voice is KEY.
Yoga is TIMELESS Tim; 3, 4 year old videos are still relevant. The newer practictioners voices are ÑOT as good as your slow, relaxed, exact tones. Thanks for these important lessons👍👍

+andrederksenable Good points.
This is the original video that got my attention because it was only 23 minutes and supportive and concise. Thanks.
Really enjoyed this video this morning. I just used your Amazon link too! What a great feature. Thank you as always, Tim.
Oh cool! Thanks for helping us out!
Good work brother this 25-30 min workouts are really practical and helpful anyone can do it before work.
Thanks for this one! It seems, at least to me, that the first half of the video resembles surya namaskar.
+Philip Lenielsen You're welcome!

I love the way you explain the transitions and the different poses. So well done! Thanks.
After some weeks watching your videos finally today I've done my first handstand, thank you.
