    love Tims videos and im eternally grateful.
    But having hidden ads that you keep having to switch off by getting up,is very counter productive in a Yoga video let alone a back pain video.

    Just what I needed! I have very inflexible hamstrings, and my lower back is stiff. So great session! Also, I enjoy all of Tim’s helpers throughout this challenge, but I still prefer the practice when it is just Tim doing the Yoga. Thank you Tim!

    Thanks Tim, this helped so much. I do your day 15 warm up everyday, which has been a terrific strengthening, stretching, and flowing warm up. My back went out because of snow shoveling and this back pain stretch was a perfect solution as I couldn't do the normal warm up. Thank you!

    Perfect timing on this video Tim. It was a very long and intense day at work so this was the best way to loosen once I got home. I already feel a difference not only in my lower back but my upper back as well. I will definitely be revisiting this video.

    I hold tension in my neck and hips. So this was helpful. I’ve had severe back issues in the past but having started following you on RUclips three years ago I have greater mobility and zero back pain. Thanks.

    Thx Tim. I’ve been caring for a rescue Am Staff for a week. Haven’t done any yoga and my back so very sore. This very helpful. Not fixed entirely but great pain relief.

    Excellent stretch. I went for a run last night and apparently my muscles were a bit tighter than usual (I found out during the video) - so this was spot on and I'm ready for a new day😊 Have a great day 🌞

    Thank you, Yoga Dose. This helped! My lower back has been spasming for three weeks and I continued to work long hours sitting at my desk at home without taking time out for any yoga asanas and I only took a walk once these past couple of months. It got so bad today that I was hunched over everytime I got up from the patio chair. I did this sequence once with one more other 20 minute YT yoga sequence by Yoga with Adrienne for the lower back and ham strings (her sequence is different) and now my lower back stopped spasming. Will have to do these everyday for a week at least. And the. Every other day when I'm all better. Namaste to you and all.

    Hi Tim. It couldn't have been better timing, actually I believe you've heart my prayers for back pain relief help last night!
    As you said, it got really bad during the holidays, because I spent too much time relaxing on my back-killer sofa. Not even doing yoga every day has been helping to completely relieve the pain. So thank you so much for this video!

    Tim! I i have chronic upper back pain and yoga has been helping so much (herniated disc and musculoskeletal problems), thank you for this video it definitely gave me some mid day relief. Now that i'm nice and loose I will give more attention to my posture.

    Instant relief! Oh my gosh! I had overdid my HIIT workout and strained my back. I did the Morning Mobility routine and then immediately did this one. Amazing results. Yoga is a language and you communicate it beautifully! Tim you are a gem, an amazing gift to the community. Thank you so much.

    Thank you for all of your content. I went to a chiropractor to have a big reset then kept up with doing many of your routines and I can’t tell you enough how thankful I am. I feel stronger and more pain-free than I’ve felt in awhile.

    I really appreciate this gentle routine. I totally agree that people often think that only painful stretches will cure their aching muscles which is just not true. As a bodywork therapist I hear this all the time; but the body only needs small tweaks to start self healing.

    I love your videos Tim but I've never gotten ad breaks during the workout. I can take them in regular videos, but not these! Those ads made this video undoable

    You're an excellent instructor. You seem so genuine in your approach and your movements are perfectly paced. Thank you for giving me hope that, despite some recently acquired physical limitations, I can return to yoga and pilates again!     I'm ashamed to admit that I haven't been on the mat for 4 weeks!! I have spinal stenosis so I'm looking forward to doing this practice. I will be going to day 1 and starting at the beginning but I'll be doing this tomorrow. You're such an excellent teacher, very indepth and informative about what the muscles are doing and how to get the best out of the practice.       Kirsty Macfarlane remember the yamas first goes ahimsa and Satya which is nonviolence and truthfulness..why being ashamed when you are practicing ahimsa ? Be gentle and compassionate ...
      Only if u practice ahimsa with yourself u ll be able to practice is to people outside.

      ​@@sadhana3205apologies for the late response but I didn't get any RUclips notifications for years! Thank you for your lovely words. Ahimsa is probably my favourite word. I love it's meaning. I'm an animal lover and when I started to practice and learned of Ahimsa I made it my mision to eliminate all products in my home that were tested on animals and replace them with cruelty free products. It took a short while but I achieved one of my goals. You're absolutely right, we shouldn't be so hard on ourselves. Thank you for teaching me this, it's another bit of wisdom I can carry with me and share with others 🧘🏼‍♀️💜

    I really liked this video the poses really help bed my back especially hat first one you assumed people would be like (wtf?), with the neck rolling that was very helpful and felt amazing on my shoulders

    I have been enjoying the 30 day yoga with Tim as I like to revisit foundational poses every now and then. I have 2 questions. The first is how much repetitive motions such as sun salutations can wreak damage on the joints, and the second is I feel that too much emphasis on core and alignment and not on softness when performing the yoga poses.
