  • This 25min yoga practice will support recovery from sciatica through strengthening and gently releasing the glutes & hamstrings. Yoga can be a wonderful adjunct alongside other therapeutic modalities such as physiotherapy & osteopathy to relieve sciatica, however please be mindful of working through any sharp pain & seek professional advice for persisting symptoms.

    I can't even explain in a RUclips comment how much this helped me! I have been dealing with piriformis syndrome and back pain since I was a child. Yoga and walking have been the best way for me to manage my daily pain. This particular video not only helped with my physical pain, but it also helped me so much to reduce stress and tension.     This video is incredible. The physiotherapist just plugs you to a tensor machine and that does not treat the cause of sciatica. This video has helped me manage my back issues without painkillers. A big thank you!

    I have two herniated discs which I am trying to heal with physical therapy. Some of these exercises I had to avoid, but today I was feeling like branching out and seeing what I can do without pain. I habe always found yoga to be an excellent information gathering tool, while being careful not to cause any pain as I explore.

    Thank you Paula, I have been following you in RUclips for more than a year, lately I suddenly have sciatic nerve pain running down from right hip down to my leg. I must miss this session when it came out. Anyway this video help to release my pain. Thank you
