    This is such a wonderfully well-rounded practice to counteract all the effects of too much sitting. You have balanced upper body and lower body stretches beautifully in a way that doesn't require too much exertion so it's super accessible. I will definitely be coming back to this practice in the future

    Amazing practice, as always! I loved the broken wing pose which l didn't know. , I like it both metaphorically, because I often feel like a bird with broken wings and for how it felt in my body. Thank you for teaching me always new things, you are the best ♥ 🙏

    This practice was great for farmers, too! After squatting all afternoon and weeding, my hands and feet hurt. Thanks as always.
