Thank you so much for this practice. It was the perfect flow for me in the middle of my office work day.
This is such a wonderfully well-rounded practice to counteract all the effects of too much sitting. You have balanced upper body and lower body stretches beautifully in a way that doesn't require too much exertion so it's super accessible. I will definitely be coming back to this practice in the future
