    I am currently stuck in my apartment because of the Corona virus lock down. I did this exercise out on my balcony in an attempt to get some outdoor activity. Thank you.

    I have depression and anxiety, and was recommended your videos by multiple people. As someone who is incredibly stiff and out of shape, and who doesn't have much prior experience with yoga, I found this video super accessible. I like that I can quietly do it at 3:30 in the morning when I'm the only one awake, and when I don't have the energy or ability to change clothes or clear furniture out of the way for floor exercises. I also like that I didn't need to use an elastic support band or a chair for balance to pull off these poses, and that you offer a few alternate ways to do the harder ones so I can work my way up to them. This video is meeting me where I am with what I can do right now, so thank you for making it.

    I am beginning my 3rd year of doing yoga to your videos.
    I follow your monthly training calendar and I have only failed to do the daily videos 3,4 days; but I followed up by doing two on the following day. I feel much better and much more nimble.
    I am doing quite well for 59. Many Thanks for your videos.

    Greetings! My daughter introduced my 89-year-old father and me to Yoga with Adriene and there's no other yoga we do now! We practice whenever we're together in the morning. We'd love to see more chair yoga and standing yoga sessions since it is very hard for him to get up from the floor these days. We've done this one a lot as well as Yoga at Your Desk, the one for folks in wheelchairs, the chair yoga, and my father's favorite, "Yoga for Couch Potatoes". Just know there's a sweet old man saying "Good morning, Adriene!" most mornings up here in New Jersey! You are amazing.

    Thank you Adriene for all the yoga videos you have shared with us. I have been doing yoga with Adriene videos for about 2 months now and have seen such a remarkable change in my body, mind as I go through my stressful work days. Today I didn’t have much time and tuned in to this video. And truly truly surprised at how good I feel just after 15 mins. You are absolutely right when you say a little goes a long way. Two months ago I started practicing yoga again (after giving birth in october 2021) with your 30 day MOVE journey, and i have been practicing (almost) every day since. It makes me feel so powerful, strong and grounded (even with little sleep and a very busy life as a working mom of 3).     Adriene: Your videos are saving during this WFH quarantine! I start the day with some of your a.m. stretches and then try to find time in the middle of the day for something like this.     This was incredibly effective! I am an animator so I spend most my time hunched over at my desk and even though I'm working from home a lot I find it hard to dedicate time to rolling out the mat. Just being able to stand up away from my desk and do yoga without any other preparations was so refreshing.

    That was amazing. I've been experiencing alot of anxiety and found a place at work surrounded by trees, the sound of nature and planes, and shade....perfect spot for that amazing session.

    Hey Adriene, Hope you're doing well. I have been feeling very down lately. I started your 30 days yoga practice (the first one you posted on your channel) and I left in between. I am have been feeling emotionally and mentally drained. I felt so lazy and lethargic today, so I opened up your channel and did this amazing office break yoga. I feel happy and energized. Your channel is one of the most amazing channels on youtube. You're pure love, so grateful, and Kudos to you for posting free yoga videos on the internet even though you can charge a hefty amount for it. But I feel that this is not your motto.

    LOVE this office yoga practice. I am too dedicated to a sometimes thankless job and have to force myself to take breaks/full lunch so this practice will be getting utilized way more while at work. I sit at a desk for 8hrs/5 days a week so having this short, but sweet stretch is perfect. Thank you Adriene!

    I carried my 2-year-old daughter on my back for nearly 3 hours this past weekend at a protest/prayer march. This was PERFECT for helping to work out some of the tension in my neck, shoulders and lower back. Thank you!

    Loved this Adriene! Would love more of this series especially focusing on addressing typical issues certain job types commonly face, like standing or walking all shift, driving for long periods, typing over long periods, load or unloading jobs, bad posture, etc. thanks again for this wonderful work you do!

    Just what i needed given that i've had a week of falling asleep on the work desk burning the midnight oil. I'm thinking to do this in the middle of a work day when i need an office break from work and not use it as a morning practice. Thank you Adriene for coming to our rescue once again. Time to show ourselves some love everybody. Projects can wait a few minutes for this is some private time we get to spend with ourselves. Self love for the win. Much love. Namaste.

    Perfect! My new work schedule means I've had to change my daily routine, and can't do my usual before-work yoga. If I wait all day and do yoga after work, I find myself getting locked up and achy. I can do this during my 30-minute break, which is great for my back and shoulders, and it's a nice mental break too. More yoga-in-jeans-and-no-mat, please! Thank you!

    I felt the need to jump ahead in March of 2020. With being in quarantine I have been doing a lot of sewing and therefore am sitting hunched over. This practice is what my body needed, and since schools are closed, and I'm in those final days of student teaching, this is what my body and mind needed.

    I've been working from home this year like a lot of people. I have gained weight and suffer from periods of sciatica. After a really panful few days I have been looking for a yoga class and stumbled on Adriene. I have just done this video and feel so good after it. Thank you so much for sharing, I will do this a few times this week and hope to have good back and body health again soo. Truly grateful xx

    This 14 minute video has been life altering for me. I have suffered with sciatica as well as a pinched nerve for over 9 years. When I feel an onset of pain or stiffness coming on I pull up this video. I swear these yoga poses make it all better. Thank you, thank you, thank you Adrien🙏🏾🧘🏾‍♀️💕

Between you and Fit Outside The Box with Karla i've improved to where i've come off of most of my medications and eat, feel and look better than I have in years......eternally grateful...

    Day 25 of CREATE, I’m practicing in Norfolk, England today on this beautiful sunny morning and isolating to keep safe.     New to yoga, never thought I'd be into it... but as a 28 year old mom to 3 little kids, you have helped me find a little moment for myself during my busy days... you have helped bring a little inner peace into my daily schedule, and in a way helped me be a better mom.
    Also... huge fan of your heeler, I have 1 red and 2 blue heelers (the mom, dad and their puppy) and they are such a fun breed.

    I'm in the suburbs of Detroit, MI, USA practicing today. And this marks three months straight of daily yoga practice. I just happened to see the invitation video for Dedicate right before the new year began and I'm so happy I did, YWA has everything I needed to start and keep going--a loving attitude, humor, authenticity, and the calendar so I just have to show up without making more decisions.       @Chris Frank - same for me re Dedicate 2019! after years of being away from yoga, and I mean many many years, I saw the invite and did a Dedicate practice everyday it was posted in January. I swore I would continue non-stop but I confess I've missed a week here and there. But I did this one today (in Toronto, Canada) and that's what counts! I'm inspired by your... Dedication 😉!

    Doing this with my boss today during this corona virus craziness in NY. Yesterday I had him doing mountain pose, forward folds, half way lifts so this is perfect for him to start his yoga practice! Thank you for helping me keep my sanity during this time!!

    My homework breaks have always been doing something like watching RUclips or Nettflix, but recently I've been trying to take ACTIVE breaks. Getting off my butt and doing something to engage my body whether it's a walk or chores, and this was perfect for that! Thank you, Adriene lol. This active break thing has been helping alot with my frequent lethargy and sore joints.

    Lately I keep coming back to this flow in the middle of the day. Working from home and spending more time at my desk seems to have taken a toll on my neck and lower back and this offers relief. Namaste 🙏

    I love this for my breaks. I am an artist and quite often forget to take a break as my arms, hands, back and legs are still while focussed. If I set my alarm gently to remind me, this is all I need to refresh . Thank you , Namasté 🙏🏽

    I love this! I work from home and often struggle with shifting from work into free time. I just did this routine right after getting up from my desk and I feel so much more happy and energetic!😍 It doesn't always have to be a big routine to get something out of it.☺

    I work in a small lawfirm and my office-mates and I really like doing this video. Kicking off our heels and tending to our bodies for a few minutes in the workday really makes such a difference. I was struck the other day by the fact that we almost all wear high heels every day and how awesome it would be to have a short targeted practice for the end of the day when the pretty shoes come off for good. Something to ease our hamstrings and calf muscles and glutes back into shape. So here's me requesting Yoga for Paralegals Who Love Pretty Shoes. 😛

    RESET is the first yoga series I have managed to follow without skipping a single day. It has made these 2 weeks of home quarantine a lot less moody than they could have been.. I feel strong!!

    I'm stuck with corona in quarantine, and I could feel my body getting even weaker than usual due to lack of activity. Decided I needed an easy standing yoga with Adriene moment. It was difficult but I made it! Thank you Adriene for always helping me and keeping the channel so amazingly diverse! Namaste
