I've noticed that the more I did the routine (I try and do this every morning at work when i come in) that I pretty quickly did not need to check the screen for release points, I naturally got in the flow and now even know what the next move/pose is by "body memory" :)

Hello! Just wanted to thank you for all the work you put into these and the positive attitude you have. i have suffered from chronic migraines since I was a teenager (I'm 35 now), and, since starting my new job, my migraines have increased to almost daily. I am assuming it is caused by the fluorescent lighting in the office (I am used to working in residential facilities, where it is home lighting). I absolutely love my job more than any job I have ever had so quitting is not an option for me. I just tried this video after another migraine hit me and nearly incapacitated me again (last Thursday, I ended up having to leave early and go to the emergency room). I had to turn the sound off because the music got too loud and intense, but thankfully, there were captions. Honestly, this 6 minute video made a difference! Thank you, I am definitely going to save this for regular use! :)

Thank you Adriene! I’m following the September 2018 calendar and this is the first time I’m seeing this particular video. At first I was frustrated because I didn’t have your vocal cues. However, as I kept going, it just flowed. It was a nice reminder to stay flexible in life. Not everything is going to present itself in a way that we’re used to. The key is to be able to flow when things are unfamiliar and be patient with ourselves (and others). Thank you for this subtle message I found within this practice. As Bruce Lee said: “Be water, my friend.” Thank you for reminding me to be water 🙏🏻✨💜🌊 Namaste!

It's not only the asana .. it's also how you invite in a gentle self-awareness, breathwork, intention .. "a little goes a long way" has become a HUGE mantra for myself and for my clients. I was feeling so overwhelmed and over caffeinated at work today, and after doing some breathwork then watching this video a TOTAL shift occurred. It's like my inner child is thanking me for listening. I seriously love you and your work. Thank you for being an online medicine to millions of viewers.

Nice part two of Yoga today!!! Nice to shake it up with some silent practice (no vocal cues, just written instructions) with music!!! Feeling good after Yoga for classroom/desk; posture and concentration work for when I go back to school on Thursday.

This is so lovely, thank you for making this kind of content available! I am currently showing up at your 30 days of Yoga camp and it's a game changer- ran out of the house for work this morning but craved my yoga fix at the desk :D haha Have a magical day! xx

Wow an old typing machine that’s a treasure; back in Cuba my dad used to teach typing before Castro’s Revolution and I used to have one of those in my house. You sent me back to my childhood in my now distant Cuba; thanks for that.

Loved this but would have preferred your voice giving instructions rather than the music. It’s hard to know when to change position if you have your head between your knees 🤣 people have the choice of sound on or off.

Thank you ~ love the simplicity of this perfect video. It's a quick, compassionate reminder of self love. It's nice to see how Adriene's sweet message and careful form has remained consistent over the years, even as it has evolved. That is why we can return to these classics again and again and the benefit remains strong and relevant.

Adriene! I wanted to let you know- I'm a counselor at a cardiac/pulmonary rehab in Idaho and I have had the pleasure of incorporating this video into my mindfulness training with the chronically ill! It is gentle enough for all patients. Thank you thank you for your impact on multiple populations! I am also nearly done with the 30 days of yoga and could not be happier. A million thanks

Tried this this morning after waking after a terrible nights sleep with stiff neck shoulders and pain in jaw ( I have TMD) this has really helped and I now feel I can actually sit at my desk for a while today now whereas before was thinking today was going to be dreadfully painful day. THANK YOU x

I'm a security guard with back problems and foot numbness. Doing this at receptionist desk with 3 cameras taping this area. Hopefully management won't give me a hard time about doing yoga at work. Maybe I could tell them it's my religion or I have a disability or something.

I've been helping my mom with her video conference meetings. It's been great to follow this video in silence while sitting just off-camera from my mother. 🤭 For the people who complain about not knowing when to come up because you can't hear or see the next step, listen to YOUR body. When you get bored or just about to find less pleasure in that pose, get up. If the video had moved on without you, just rewind. She GUIDES. YOU control.
