  • This yoga class is for everyone and all levels, but will especially be beneficial for people who spend long hours sitting at desks or in front of computers. Hunching forward, or sitting all day often leads to tight hips and legs, a weak core, and imbalances in your neck, upper back and chest muscles. A regular yoga practice can help improve your posture and keep your body healthy and strong. Enjoy a gentle and relaxing full body stretch.

    Thank you for this beautiful, calm, gentle flow. This made my body feel so much better after several hours at my desk. I also appreciate how you don’t chatter nonstop like some instructors do. You calmly provide instructions regarding the poses and then you let silence happen. So very soothing.

    I haven't worked out in a long time and I just started doing these and it was so nice at the end when you said "gives yourself gratitude for showing up today" it made me feel so empowered and grateful that I took the time to move my body today

    I don’t usually comment on yoga flows but I had to comment on this one purely for the hamstring stretch plus twist! Done the hamstring stretch plenty as well as the variation where you fold your head over your knee but adding the twist at the end felt SO good! I usually stick to one or two yoga teachers I know but took a chance on you and glad I did! Will be back for more 💪

    I sit for 9 hours and do HIIT. My muscles are tight. This felt so good, I'm definitely doing this flow regularly. Loved doing it with my own music, too! Thanks!

    Excellent cues, pacing, and poses. You are very skilled in designing a glow that goes organically from one pose to the next.

    I’ve returned to this yoga class again and again and always feel better after, especially after a day of typing at my desk-I like how fluid and relaxing the transition between poses is, and the poses themselves really help to relieve tension in my wrist, hips, neck, and back. So far this is my favorite of all your classes. Thank you!

    Thank you for uploading this Jessica. There were some really clever transitions in there (crossed arms into eagle arms) etc and also for me a little bit of a challenge. It was a little tough being on the knees for a that amount of time but the single leg splits made it worth it.

    I spend a lot of time hunched over a drawing board, so fixated on what I am doing that my posture is terrible. I also suffer from a lot of tension and stress, both of which leave me with really tight and painful shoulders, neck and jaw. This was the perfect practice. Thank you!

    This was a great flow! I recently started working a job that puts me at a desk for forty hours a week and I've begun feeling the effect that has on my body. I've been feeling stiff all week and now I feel a ton better. This is definitely going to become one of my regular flows :D yay!

    I also like to stretch my wrist by putting my hands on the palms and fingers facing the back of the matt. you get a great stretch in the forearms

    Not great if you have weak knees as a lot of time is spent weight bearing. However it’s a great chest and upper body opener
