Thank you for this beautiful, calm, gentle flow. This made my body feel so much better after several hours at my desk. I also appreciate how you don’t chatter nonstop like some instructors do. You calmly provide instructions regarding the poses and then you let silence happen. So very soothing.
That arm transition into eagle arms was so beautiful that I actually shed a happy tear while doing it. Thank you for such a beautiful flow as always ❤️

I’ve returned to this yoga class again and again and always feel better after, especially after a day of typing at my desk-I like how fluid and relaxing the transition between poses is, and the poses themselves really help to relieve tension in my wrist, hips, neck, and back. So far this is my favorite of all your classes. Thank you!

I don’t usually comment on yoga flows but I had to comment on this one purely for the hamstring stretch plus twist! Done the hamstring stretch plenty as well as the variation where you fold your head over your knee but adding the twist at the end felt SO good! I usually stick to one or two yoga teachers I know but took a chance on you and glad I did! Will be back for more 💪

Thank you for uploading this Jessica. There were some really clever transitions in there (crossed arms into eagle arms) etc and also for me a little bit of a challenge. It was a little tough being on the knees for a that amount of time but the single leg splits made it worth it.

I spend a lot of time hunched over a drawing board, so fixated on what I am doing that my posture is terrible. I also suffer from a lot of tension and stress, both of which leave me with really tight and painful shoulders, neck and jaw. This was the perfect practice. Thank you!

A great array of effective, but not overly difficult or complicated postures, and just the right explanation as to what needs to be done.
Excellent cues, pacing, and poses. You are very skilled in designing a glow that goes organically from one pose to the next.
