I agree. I like when there's no intro as well, and even no music during the practice. Just us and our bodies, with nothing else asking for our attention. Except for Jessica's instructions lol.

I loved this. I did it late afternoon to unwind (literally!) from being hunched over a computer all day, and it was exactly what my body needed. Did anyone else find the low lunge twists deceptively challenging? Seemed straightforward but I was surprised (in a good way) by the balance factor. Great sequence.
Came in from my early morning walk pondering what Jess Yoga class to do, and voila, a new morning flow manifested itself, exactly what my body and soul were craving! Thank you as always for a wonderful class. :)

This can be normal, especially first thing in the morning. Your body needs a little time to get your nervous system and your muscles talking one another so that everything runs smoothly.
As someone who works outside and uses my body all day (Professional Golf Caddy) I can’t tell you how wonderful these sessions have been for me and my mornings. Namaste.

I have been struggling with depression for some time and this channel is becoming somewhat of a refuge for me. I can't thank you enough.

Wow, this was amazing! I loved the raised heel in Low Lunge and ending in Reclined Butterfly, and all the other things that were different to regular practices. This was such a great way to put aside my worries and start the day with a clean slate, love it! ❤🙏🧘♀️

I am day 3 of Covid so I felt stiff and didn't have much energy but I really wanted to try and practice to improve my condition and breathing. This class was perfect for it as slow and no holding of hard poses. I recommend saving this one for when you feel under the weather or hungover, it worked for me :)

Thank you so much!! This video was great this morning! Just a suggestion: you should have some back ground music as in the other videos of yours. And you should leave the music on for 2 to 3 more minutes at the end for when we end the class so we can further relax before RUclips jumps into the next video. Live your class. Thank you !!
