i woke up this morning thinking, “i want to do a sun salute practice today”. i opened youtube, and what a perfect coincidence! this is exactly what i was needing this morning. not only was awesome physically, but helped me connect to some emotions i hadn’t been able to feel for a while. thank you very much! :)

I chose this video becquse it says Gentle. I didn't see any of gentle on this. Not even a pause between the SS to breathe. It was all too fast and nothing gentle. Please don't call things that are not. This was for sure a 'Quick Short Vinyasa SSflow'. Gentle is supposed to be nurturing, caring, I felt I was out of breath and my nervous system didn't enjoy it. Nice practice but doesn't match the name.
