My spine is very happy after this. I needed blocks at the beginning, and blankets throughout but yeah! Thank you for something that is gentle. Leg warmers might even help me
😢I have RA and I’m not able to sit on my heels without severe pain. My family physician recommended this for my sciatica but I’m afraid the exercise requires me to be limber to begin with. 😢😢😢
