I used all the knowledge in this video pretty much.
I was weak at first. So I started with 1000 rope jumps. Then doing it two times in a day. Then doing rope jumps for more than 1 hour. Then switched to low impact cardio. Then progressed to intermediate impact cardio.
I have definitely lost some fat from my stomach.
And also I switched to going by foot to my tuition rather than bike.
For diet, I first stopped eating from outside. Then cut the heavy oil foods. Then to 2 roti and a bowl full of Vegetable. Then to only 2 roti and vegetables like dals, and chhole. I pretty much started to eat dal every time.Or eating protein rich diets and being vary of what I eat.
Note: I could see the difference in only 1 month. And I switched from rope jumps to Intermediate cardio in less than a month.
Because I used to do cardio before.

As I'm planning for a good weekend this Friday with my friends after a long time maybe after month but after listening to this point I'll be careful on calorie intake of supplement eating too
If you're planning to party after a long time, you don't need to be just caring about the calorie count in the entire party.
What you can do is eat 300 calories less, every day, for the next 5 days and you would have saved 1500 calories which you will utilise on the 6th day i.e. Friday.
If your plans require 2500 calories, eat 500 calories lesser for 5 days.
and in case the party day requires more than 4000 calories, it's better to maintain weight this week because we're not getting medals to lose weight quickly.
Life is simple if we do not complicate it..

I was into this continuous cycle of dropping weight then again gaining it , on Aug 2020 I was around 90 kg ( iam 5,10)and finally decided to be smart about it! I rejoined gym and decided to focus only getting stronger and build muscles focused on dead lifts , weigh squats , bench press , ( now i easily cross 150kg with proper form) now I don’t keep count my training calories burned in the gym and decided that my maintain is around 2300-2500 on an average, started measuring food and began on 1800-2000 cal diet I track my protein intake 1.5gm protein of my weight is my minimum goal and rest calories I became flexible but strict even when Iam drinking I pre decide my chakna 😂 like my chakna calories should not cross 200 if it’s over that iam done I also measure alcohol !! Now i weigh around 79-80 did build decent muscle in that process too! Stated enjoying gym rather than using it as a tool to loose my fat!

I changed to brown rice and rotis completely and skipped dinner with some kind of fruits ( some times fruit shakes with whey!)
Iam still eating 1800-2000 cal per days my weight loss process is now slower but I did it on purpose to prevent my muscle mass or even build some in this process

If you want to achieve results, avoid eating outside food first and eat homemade food only in right proportion- proetin, carbs, fat and vitamins. Do 14:10 fasting and perform strength tranining 4-5 days a week with some cardio 2-3 days.

3.Fat loss takes time.
4. Don't be too hasty about your exercise or diet just progress gradually. It is a long process.
5.Go by foot for small distances rather than bike.
6. Take proper rest days.
7. Don't be too hasty to buy supplement.

I had hit a plateau. So I started calculating my calorie intake. My AMC is around 2750 and I am restricting my intake to around 1900 calories. It's been 5 days. I was at 84.5 kgs and today I am at 82.9 kgs. No alcohol also for the next 30 days.

Hi Hypertroph- I had recently bought a kitchen scale and use MFP to track my calories. For some foods the measure meant there is written as 1 CUP, can you tell me how many gms it is? Also Should be measure liquid foods in gms as well? tx
"Healthify me" gives measure in gm for solids n in ml for liquids... Btw, approx. 1 gm equals 1 ml...
Measure food in gms. Not cups.

I regularly watching your vdo, after after watching your vdo i Started my fatloss journey, i clearly understand One thing from your all the vdo, Calories Deficit is main part of Fatloss, My maintenance calories is 2100, and I am trying to take 1550 calories, is it right way ? Need your advice..
That's too big of a deficit, it will make u more prone to loosing muscle and slowing down your fatloss. Eat 1900 calories.

Start with 200-250 cals of deficit first , and reduce it slowly when it doesn't gives you result anymore
And weight training
1800 is enough
