bhai ab college khul rhe toh mai hostel mai shift ho rha, ab tak toh achi diet le rha tha cause ghar pe tha toh sab sahi tha, samajh nhi aa rha how will I manage it in hostel, hostel food ka haal toh aapko pata hi hoga XD
bro, samjh sakta hu , when in hostel, try to pick healthy foods among the foods they will serve( for example , there are somedays when they cook biryani , chinese food etc instead of eating biryani eat the plain rice which i am sure they mustve made it ) and while hanging out with friends , definitely bday celebrations will happen , u guys will go to shopping malls etc , and thus friends will offer you lays, dominoes , sweet pastry etc , so u just say them “no” or maybe “eat a very small piece”. 👍😊 i hope it helps bro , i personally will follow these tips when iwill be at hostel this year .

Training 90 mins 6 days a week + 90-95k steps weekly currently for steady state cardio (walking). Do you think this could be me overtraining? I know it's different for every person and I currently do not feel fatigued, instead I tire myself out by night to sleep like a baby.
But do I need to dial it back a bit?
I'm nearing my mid 30s and I have 25% body fat, been training for 8 months now.
you can reduce your training time to 60 min or you can reduce the number of days you train to 5 days a week . i would suggest 5 days a week is more beneficial as you will get sufficient time to recover
