I have never consumed Omega 3 supplements before and fish is also not in my diet ( eggs & chicken hai diet me ). So if I'll start taking these supplements so should I start with 2 capsules right from day 1 or should start with 1 capsule and then gradually take it to 2 capsules. I have seen your previous videos explaining the triple strength ( more than 1 gms per day atleast ) still I want to confirm it with you sir. I bought dumbbells and started working out with those at home as I had no further option. I am vegetarian & almost totally based on RUclips for knowledge. Start doing dumbbell rows and dumbbell rear delt fly exercises. You will find lots of good videos with the correct technique and form for these exercises on youtube, just follow them and keep getting stronger over time by adding more reps first, then increasing the weight of the dumbbells.
