You brush your teeth even if you wake up late/early, slept early/late or having bad/good day etc. Normalize workout, eating healthy foods habits. You are not doing extra ordinary thing. It is just a way of your lifestyle'

You don't know this - but you've been my silent coach bhai. I have followed your simple advices like meet protein goals, do weight training. I started with doing 10KG deadlift and that used to feel a lot. I used to think those who do bodyweight deadlift are on steroids. But after a year, today (yes, literally today) I did 100KG (including bar) proper form sumo deadlift 12 reps (3 reps, break) - I feel so proud of myself today. I literally looked at myself in the mirror and thanked me. I don't know if you'll read this. But bro, thank you.. thank you.. thank you..!
2020-2021 Went from anti social cant talk to girls kinda kid to having a gf and doing shit 81 kgs to 66 kgs (still on the grind) 60 percent to 90 percent marks Im proud of the changes

Bro, you have been a great help. One good educated RUclipsr. I really need ur advise. I am 40 years old and have high uric acid which is hereditary.. I was 95 kilos 2 years back.. with regular exercise (strength and cardio), Im at 78 now. I did reduce it to 75 but felt weak. Now, how do I take protein as I have uric acid and no one seems have answers to it. I am targeting to reduce 10kg in next 6 months with musle building.. however, with my age and protein issues I am headed nowhere .. I am plateaued at 78kg for 6 months. If I reduce weight then strength goes away and I if eat well it comes back but so does fat. Im 5.9 tall. Recommend some supplements if you can. I do take multivitamins but no other supplements. Sorry for a long message . Just to add Im a full tome working professional.

When i was preparing for iit jee last year i used to see videos on RUclips that , that topper only slept 4 -5 hrs daily and i also started to sleep for 5 -6 hrs but mai less than 6 hrs sleep kabhi achieve nhi kar paya but now i priorities my sleep for 8-9 hrs a day
