I was 54kg 5'10 skinny fat, started weight training and gained almost 6kg in 4 months with proper diet i can feel the muscles mass and strength in my body. Still long way to go but just want to say you all have patience and work hard soon you will feel the changes.

genetics also really depends . My friend eats a lot of rice with any vegetables (especially potato) . He is a pure veg but really have a great physique with 10-12 % body fat . However , it may not work for everybody .

bro u doin great work just wanted to ask some questions , u have cleared rest already very well. first is to cut u said just in in the calorie deficit while carbs , protein n fat ko usi tarah calculate and manage krna ha , isnt it that in cutting we have to eat more protein to maintain muscle. ? im not talking about cutting from being fat , im talking about cutting from a lean bulk. secondly in bulking after u hit a plateau i think u have to calculate ur maintenance and surplus calories again . a, i right? please answer

We can eat anything we want to, as long as we "fit" it in our diet. 1. Eat within the net *Calorie Budget* of day 2. Meet our *Protein Needs* of the day That is what we strive to become - a skillful eater.
@@Hypertroph thanks for your reply Sid, I have literally seen each and every videos of yours and because of which I learned a lot about Nutritions, Callories, and protein requirements, and I practically apply all these knowledge and got great results also, but I have seen some videos in which it says that we should replace Wheat and Rice with Millets for better health benefits as it has more Nutritions and fiber than wheat and rice, and which is gluten free also, which is good for overall sugar level of our body.
