i watched ur whole fat loss series and decided to start my cut. i was about 18-20% body fat then i kept a goal to reach 10% body fat so that i can have a prolonged bulk like u said for one year or so. thank you for ur videos i dont miss any of ur content, u have been a mentor in this journey for me...appreciate it.

Did you hit weight loss plateau during resistance training? I am doing the same. Down to 37% from 44% but my weight loss have stalled ( maintaining 700 calorie deficit everyday )

If it is taking too long to see changes in weight then reduce some calories intake and at the same time try to increase physical activity
@@sidgupta6767 dude!!! if you are at 700 for longer period then your metabolism will be fucked! just do the resistance training...you should eat something close to your maintainence otherwise your progress will fade away just like that and you'll feel like shit even while working out..

I've started my fitness journey 2 months back, just by being in a calorie deficit, cardio training and completely stopping artificial sweetener from my life & have lost some weight.
I'll join a gym in the coming days for resistance training.
The only thing i feel sad about is I'm 27 now, and after watching all these videos, I realised i had so much potential to look so good during my peak years. I just regret starting too late.
I wished i could've started my journey earlier and would've looked so good throughout my college days. •_•
