    Whatever he said is 100% true my trainer also shared this with me and here is me with 0 injuries I did gym for 3 years but left gym during covid now I'm going to start again from 2023 i also did heavy lifting with wrong forms but thank God I listen to my trainer by putting my ego beside 😇🙂

    Aaj banana khaya just workout ke pehle and I felt uncomfortable, yatinder sir is absolutely right 45 to 60 min ki gap to honi hi chahiye

    Mistakes:
    1) Pre workout meal immediately before workout.
    2) Half Range of motion exercises.
    3) 7 Days workout without recovery time.
    4) Side Bend
    5) Immediate intense workout.
    6) Heavy Deadlifts.

    All the information/advices are actually very very important, useful and safe.
    I have started working out recently. And I m trying to achieve a lean but strong body.
    So, I m trying to achieve it accordingly, without going very hard towards myself. Does not matter if I take little extra days to reach my goal but I m making sure. I do it slowly and safely.

    Great tips. I always use 2.5 kg dumbbells for warmup and stretching before starting heavy exercise.

    I do these mistakes:
    1) Side bend
    2) Half range of motion

    Hi sir, nice video. I usually go to gym in early morning. What should one eat in such case before going to gym, since you mentioned about meals in this video. Not possible for me to go to gym in evening because of my job nature.

    Your guidance is valuable. I am 61 years old cyclist and enrolled for a Gym in this week. I found that trainers in the Gym give wrong advice & don't correct wrong doors so that I should enroll for personal training. I am from science background and studious . I have some experience of Gym exercise so I realised it. Bad experience of Gym buisness. You are great teacher and motivator. Thanks

      Sehi kaha 3 month Mai body banana hai or humare idhar Durgapuja or Kalipuja main 1 month main gym full hojata hai uske bad koi nehi dikhta 🤣🤣

    no I do such a mistake, especially with eating just before workout. This happens because I go to workout directly after office three days a week, and I land there extremely hungry. So I eat mostly jhalmuri (puffed rice with cucumber, peanuts, onion peices mixed with mustard oil) just to ward off that hugry feeling.

    Thank you very much . I am learning a lot . Actually I am at the age of 67 now and retired . I did not join any gym . Instead I played cricket and last was tennis . I learned these two games by qualified trainers. With this when I was busy in my studies , jobs and research I used to do Body weight , plyometrics and calisthenics workouts . So I am not out of exercises .I had to give up Tennis in December 2018 due to 2nd grade injury in right knee and shoulder . This happened when I was 62. Currently I am in practice to do Body weight plyometrics at home , park and grounds . I am fond of exercises. Currently the gym exercise is my new passion . So I am watching your videos to learn the correct form and avoid injuries . I am learning and your videos are helping . Thanks again.

    I am Aqib from Karachi, Pakistan. I really like and appreciate the content of your videos. Well yes, I used to do side bends which were exactly of no use for me and I did not find any result while doing the same but most importantly when I started strength training along with a balanced diet where I cut off my carbs the most along with Roti/Chawal (used to have it once after 7 days), I started to gain results with respect to love handles and they started to lower down and did the fat from every where. Thank you for highlighting this issue.
