So, I m trying to achieve it accordingly, without going very hard towards myself. Does not matter if I take little extra days to reach my goal but I m making sure. I do it slowly and safely.

I found that trainers in the Gym give wrong advice & don't correct wrong doors so that I should enroll for personal training. I am from science background and studious . no I do such a mistake, especially with eating just before workout. This happens because I go to workout directly after office three days a week, and I land there extremely hungry. So I eat mostly jhalmuri (puffed rice with cucumber, peanuts, onion peices mixed with mustard oil) just to ward off that hugry feeling.

Thank you very much . I am learning a lot . Actually I am at the age of 67 now and retired . I did not join any gym . Instead I played cricket and last was tennis . I learned these two games by qualified trainers. With this when I was busy in my studies , jobs and research I used to do Body weight , plyometrics and calisthenics workouts . So I am not out of exercises .I had to give up Tennis in December 2018 due to 2nd grade injury in right knee and shoulder . This happened when I was 62. Currently I am in practice to do Body weight plyometrics at home , park and grounds . I am fond of exercises. Currently the gym exercise is my new passion . So I am watching your videos to learn the correct form and avoid injuries . I am learning and your videos are helping . Thanks again.

I am Aqib from Karachi, Pakistan. I really like and appreciate the content of your videos. Well yes, I used to do side bends which were exactly of no use for me and I did not find any result while doing the same but most importantly when I started strength training along with a balanced diet where I cut off my carbs the most along with Roti/Chawal (used to have it once after 7 days), I started to gain results with respect to love handles and they started to lower down and did the fat from every where.
