I am not an expert but i have been doing workout for 4 months. This was the first longest time so far in my life that i sticked to the plan. I was around 80 Kg and now i am 68 Kg. I also had love handles. The one thing i learned and experience that consistency is the only to key to achieve your desired results. It’s not an easy but also not impossible. I have nothing done extra to remove love handles but only stick to the diet and be consistent with workout and you are going to get results.
@@corazon6768 diet is not a generic plan, every person has different type of diet, it may be possible that the same diet you are asking will not work on you, keep that in mind

Breath in when u put the weight down and then breath out when you Push or pull.. During chest press breath out when u Push Barbell... Breath out when you Push dummbels while doing bicep curls
I live this video and totally agreed with all the points. I want to add one thing. That muscle tissues will break if you do sides excersises with dumbels. I was also doing this by looking at some one and ultimately hurted my self . But now i am fine thanks a lot

I am watching your video for the first time and I would say that I totally agree with your points because I have experience with losing my flab, I am 60 kg but I toned my body with calorie deficit during Navratri fast and HIIT work out. All the points you mentioned are true and helpful in my opinion
How to Maintain or build muscles and be on calorie deficit..? This is a very tricky part I believe it depends on many things including body types. Please make extensive series on this topic. Personally when I am on calorie deficit (to cut down the love handles) I feel some muscle losses too....
All about providing enough protein while being in defecit.. I was at 30% body fat 90kg at 5'10" Thenafter started stregth training and made a 500-600 defecit from meal and 600-700 from cardio... And continuously fed myself 200g protein .. and lost 12kg in 2 months and made it to 80kg bench, 140kg deadlift and 130leg press
@@rajanrai7349 if you are on fatloss then it's ok but if you main goal is too build muscle then it's not enough ...you should consume protine and carbs before going gym you can have banana shake with whey protein as pre workout ...oat meal also...

I used to make 1st , 2nd , 4th mistake . Doing cardio and I was on calorie defiecet and I was not able to grow my muscle I was stuck at one place . Then I studied about these things and then I realised that how tough bodybuilding is 🥵🥵🥵
