@@BroadestHydra30 Thank you for asking, that's so kind of you! Up to this time last year I've been doing great. The holidays are usually not a big problem for me. I started the new year quite strong. I'm very gratefull for that, but being told to not work out for a bit of time after each time caused me to lose my momentum. I snacked a bit too much and we were in complete lockdown again from February 7th on. Only allowed to leave the house to go to work, buy basic items of everyday need and go for walks. So I did that 3-4 times a week and had some progress with that over the course of a few weeks. Spring rolls around and I hurt my shoulder (yes I'm very talented). Exercises are fine but of you really want to lose belly fat (and fat from other body parts) you will need some diet too. IMO it is more important than exercises alone, unless you want rock solid abs covered with a layer of fat :D. I am currently in my third week of following a diet plan I got from Nextlevel diet. So far I lost decent amount of fat and my love handles are gone. It also comes with a workout plan as a bonus!!

I think another tip should be, give it time. I've been at this for a bit and the torso is tough to shred. If you find yourself discouraged, don't give up! Most of us spent a bit of time getting out of shape; it can take just as long or longer to get back in shape.
I am right at 1 year since I've quit drinking. Since then I've made a lot of changes to my diet and exercise and have lost 35 pounds. I am in a plateau now which means i just need to make a couple changes to my work out routine. If I dont meet a goal when I want to I just keep moving. Itll happen as long as I keep making good choices. Never let your guard down.
this is true for men. When men lose weight, they first start to slim from the extremities inward to the core. So pay attention to the areas like the neck, shoulders and face. if those are slimming, you're making progress. the last thing to go is always the love handles.
This guy is great. The best to the point advice I’ve seen on all of these fitness RUclips channels. He keeps it simple and to the point. Thanks for the great information.
I do one meal a day and lift in the mornings, I eat what I want on the weekends and I’m down 40 lbs over the course of 4 months, this guy knows what he is talking about
never get fooled if it says "simple" or "tricks". anything you're trying to accomplish or achieve will take more longer than you would expect, your challenge is to get through the obstacles, keep the right mindset, and you'll get rewarded from it. it's never "simple".
he does lay down some good knowledge, with none of it being the garbage "spot reduction" techniques that people claim exist. i'm definitely going to throw in some HIIT at the end of my workout at the end of the week.
@@cyberquasar2267 saying something is simple is not the same as saying something is easy. there's nothing complex about doing a task repeatedly for days, months, years, or life.
Yes, I added one HIIT session per week and I can vouch for the acceleration of fat loss, core strength gain and cardio endurance. I agree - more than once per week would yield diminishing returns. Early on, I was requiring most of the following week to recover from the muscle workout, especially in the calves from mountain climbers, which are both very effective and particularly brutal.
Simple, solid, nutrition and training info. Great advice. If we simply followed the advice of just this one video, the lives of most people would be greatly improved. Nicely done.
Honestly I'm glad that in my country mcdonalds and other fast food chains don't have as many options as they do in other places. I'd be a blob tank if they did.

For those just starting out, here is what really helped me. Eat healthy, cut out, minimise sugars and carbs, 1.5 meals a day within 4-5 hours intermittent fasting. Eg, small breakfast, good sized lunch, zero food till next morning. Exercise a minimum 45 minutes every day, ( briskwalking is perfect), while you're in your fasting period, I go riding and walking with a friend from 7pm, 5 days a week, 2 days recovery. This helps when skipping dinner. Don't go to sleep on a full stomach. You will shed that fat quickly. Add in some light weight training as you become fitter. This worked very well for myself. Saw the best results in a very short amount of time. (10lbs loss after 1 week, after losing 10lbs in 3 months just cutting carbs, sugars and 45 minutes walking. Vary your exercise regime often. Ride a bike, go swimming etc. Stay COMMITTED! I wanted to also add, that in your 2 days of rest, eat normal, 3 meals a day. I do have carbs every morning though, as this helps to fuel my brain for the rest of the day at work. (My half meal, "break fast"). This has worked for me, so I also hope it will help others in their weight loss journey.
Thanks for the info! Some constructive criticism though, try to slow down when you're listing off things. At 6:14 you're firing off exercises really fast. You can do what you want, but when you slow down a bit, like you did at 7:30, it makes it easier for people to comprehend the information you're giving them.
Really Good Video.. I;m doing KETO and have incorporated most of these into my life style change. It works. Down from 224 lbs in July 2020 to 180 lbs. Look and feel much better. Just turned 57 and still doing what I can in the gym. Keep Pumping!
Yeah, because spot training is a myth. Love handles are usually the first spot where fat is stored, so it's going to be the last to burn. To loose love handles you simply need to loose most of the fat. Period.
@@maciejgrzegorzoprzadek7401 its true no amount of Ab training Workouts is gonna get rid of your belly fat, i think ab Workouts is just to tighten your core but it doesn't exactly burn fat like a strength training/HIIT session does

Thanks for not putting a title that says something in lines of "Lose belly fat in one week" or "Just do this one thing" etc. This is a very informative, straight to the point, keep it real video. Anyone should know that losing weight / fat takes much more than one thing only, and longer than one week. You will not accumulate fat for ten years and lose it in 2 weeks or one month. But with effort, determination, and hard work, we can always look / feel better than what we look like and feel like right now. Thanks for the video!!!
All of these are great tips, but I found a way to make it work faster by doing fasted cardio; first thing in the morning do some cardio. My favorite is a 1 mile jog. Doesn’t take me no more than 10 minutes. One more addition to make the love handles go away faster is doing kicks. Example: front kicks, side kicks, back kicks, and round house kicks. Tae kwon do kick tutorial will show you how it’s done. Add these to everything in this vid and your love handles will melt away faster than you think.
Gotta say something to the fasting aspect. I started 16/8 intermittent fasting this year. I work in a factory in 3 week cycles, 6 days a week, and 1 week off afterwards, it's quite a physical job. It's also shift-work, so I basically work early 6-14, late 14-22 and night 22-6 o'clock... When you mentioned in your video, that it would be difficult to set up I had to think about the way I manage it. Basically I start my eating period 2 hours, after I started working. I really put some thought into that, because I thought that I really do need energy at work but I also want to be able to go to the gym afterwards and still have enough time left to eat something after a workout (which is mainly cardio at the moment)... So when I hit the gym it's usually half an hour left for me to eat, when I arrive home... And usually on the weekends I eat "regularly" if I want to or anything comes up... I would start my eating period regularly at work on saturday but just not being this strict with its ending... It works great for me... With that, hitting the gym this year (even though I had this 2 month break) and now basically also restricting my calories and reducing sugar-intake more and more I just lost 15 KG this year so far, from over 122 kg to 108.8 today... And I even manage to keep it up in my week off. So before I would work 3 weeks and usually loose something like 2-4 KG (because as I mentioned, there's a lot of running around involved, it's just a physical job) and in my week off I would basically gain everything I lost plus some extra... Now my weight keeps at least stable in my weeks off, even though I'm pretty sure it will start dropping there as well because of the lesser, more health-conscious caloric intake. So, what I'm trying to say is: it's not as difficult to set it up, no matter the circumstances you're in... It takes a while to get used to it, but I was pleasantly surprised, that it didn't really take that much to start intermittent fasting... My hunger never reached starving levels and my cravings where never overwhelming in my oppinion... There have been times in the beginning where they both were intense, of course, but I don't remember like loosing it completely if that makes any sense...
it is like an illusion that we create when losing weight or tonight a certain body part. think about women when they lose weight around their waist, their chest looks fuller. hope that helped.
I have some advise to give if you have difficulties changing your eating habits from high sugar intake to a healthier diet. Start with eating vegetables with meat or fish in the beginning of the day. If you need carbs eat the healthy one. Then reward your self later in the day with the sweets you cant quit with yet. Tell your self not to eat sweets before a certain time of the day. Eat healthy until 17.00 every day. Than slowly eat less and less sweets as time goes by. I was extremely sugar addicted and this helped me a lot because I knew I was getting my reward later in the day. After a while the sugar craving disappeared. Of course you can set another time to start eating sweets and change it s time goes by. The point is that you have to get used to eating healthy food.
Wow! What a concise, yet thorough presentation of the principles of good health! While I am familiar with all the topics, this presentation has helped me focus on the ones I don't tend to. Thank you very much!
Yes, I'm doing lifting and squats for a month now and i can totally see how much fat it burns in my belly area. And I'm not drinking alcohol for almost a year now. Tnx covid. Lol
Thank you! If your goal is still to grow muscles and you add the HIIT or extreme cardio to burn fat after the weight lifting workout, how should you handle having protein enriched shakes or food? Still after the the HIIT or wait? To have both effects, muscle gain and fat burn.

Goal to hit 220 and who knows maybe 205 end of this year 2024.
To simplify for beginners:
1. Be in calorie deficit (eat high protein)
2. Train Hard, Often, and Heavy
3. Get Proper Sleep
Everything else is 100% valid, but too complicated or overwhelming for most new comers. Make adjustments as necessary.
I feel like this dude is on point, good advice, it’s free, and it’s actually helpful.

After seeing this video, I realize that you really know what you’re talking about. This is my new favorite channel.
This guy is great. The best to the point advice I’ve seen on all of these fitness RUclips channels. He keeps it simple and to the point. Thanks for the great information.
This takes all the bits of information from all the other videos I've watched, affirms them, and puts it together in one place. Well done.

never get fooled if it says "simple" or "tricks". anything you're trying to accomplish or achieve will take more longer than you would expect, your challenge is to get through the obstacles, keep the right mindset, and you'll get rewarded from it. it's never "simple".
he does lay down some good knowledge, with none of it being the garbage "spot reduction" techniques that people claim exist. i'm definitely going to throw in some HIIT at the end of my workout at the end of the week.

@@Taterzz yeah but those atent simple. It takes A LOT of hard work and determination

Well done.
Wow, I used to be very fit but put on the love handles at 19, imma follow this and see how much I can lose
Okay, this guy knows what he’s talking about.
Right?
So exactly the same way to lose fat across all other body parts...

Who is watching on a treadmill

Why are they called love handles ....they should be called hate handles 😂
You haven't had sex enough to understand lol when you wanna grab onto something when she's throwing it back
Gotta say something to the fasting aspect.
Good to hear bro
