    Was weighing 254 and now 198 lbs just doing things I learned from this guy. My shoulders are broader, my chest broader and its looking way better than before. Still having problems with the belly but is way flatter and doesn't hang no more like before. Wish I had a better workout plan but Ive not giving up. Neglected my body for so long so I expect it to take its time to get fixed. Be patient and embrace all the knowledge you can. 👌

      @@propper50 Started 4 months ago. I work alot so got no time for the gym so little by little im buying my own equipment to work out daily after work. At least 1 hour and when I can more. Making it a habit. Diet is the best way tho. Plus building muscles eat up more fat. Still learning but lost alot of weight. Also building muscles take up space for the extra skin. Not perfectly but helps out alot.

      @@propper50 I keep my caloric deficit at 1500 but maintenance at 1700 according to my height and weight. And fast once a week. 16 hour or if im feeling brave ill go for a good day. But working out weight lifting and diet is the best way for those of us heavy set trying to loose weight. Just never give up and keep pushing. Even when you dont see much change there is change.

      Yep, same. From what Jeff said, the lower back fat will be the first to recede, and then my body will finally pull fat from the love handles. Been exercising and watching my nutrition for about a month and a half now, just gotta keep the persistence up!

      I have 20% ish bodyfat but since I workout on abs i have a deep and visible 2 pack. Once I get to 12% it'll pop!

      100% that's how I did it. Just stayed on a deficit everyday and was moderately active. 13% body fat from 20%.

    Have quite the gym for every day outdoor training in the forest, one or two muscle group per session. Every session ends with 15 minutes broomstick ab twist to loose the LH. Though my favorite ab exercise is 5 x 5 minutes hunched over, trying to find a nickle or whatever coin in the grassfield while keep walking. That hurts and burns so badly, the next day though I can already feel the transformation.

      I know how you feel.
      Before covid I easily ate it under my calorific needs, now I'm struggling , always hungry,waking up in night hungry...training= Easy ISH.🤔😁
      Nutrition =hard . For me anyways.

    i was a skinny teen last year and after months of working out i gained weight and muscle and also transitioned from underweight tonormal BMI. I'm aiming for aesthetics and It's weird that I have love handles and i don't think i need to change anything on my diet. gonna try working out the obliques even though a lot of workout infos in google states that it can't hit those love handles. Hope someone in the comments suggest some workouts that worked for their love handles!

    0:43 Jeff is telling the truth. Making a proper balance between calories intake and burning calories is the most important thing IMO. You can train as hard as as you want, but if your diet isn't properly made you won't see much improvements. Hence I would say that dies is more important than exercises alone, unless you want rock solid abs covered with a layer of fat... I am currently in my third week of following a diet plan I got from Dietarize. So far I lost decent amount of fat and my love handles are gone. Good thing is that It also comes with a home workout plan, so you could stay safe from coronavirus until you get your vaccine... :))

      @@TheTimky it's not, it alk depends. Don't get cought in that stupid shit. If you do 20 - 30 minute of full body everyday wyou will look awesome and lean, and have amazing cardio. Wont be huge tough, if you wanna be huge then yes, you need more rest

    Thanks for the tip on rotational exercise. I'm definitely going to put it into practice. I've had love handles ever since I can remember even as a relatively skinny kid where other kids in Karate class would poke them through my karategi. I do lift/train and have muscle mass just trying to finally get rid of these pesky love handles!

    You’re not kidding about the weight loss distribution on the body. I gave up refined sugar, processed food, snacking between meals, and alcohol. In a month, I could see cheek bones, only one chin, an Adam’s apple, and leaner man boobs. While the love handles are greatly reduced, they, and the back fat still persist. In some ways, diet is more important that exercise.

    I went through chemo treatment for throat cancer and lost 60 lbs. I was happy to survive, but I was pissed that I STILL had low back fat!
