@@yourhasnain24ea mostly anyone can recomp …with beginners having the most benefits .keep in mind tho ull have to be atlest above 22% body fat cause below 15 is already pretty lean uk …..but tbh I’ll stick with the traditional bulk and cut how u look after recomp will depend on on your genetics too …..if ur a beginner and don’t care bout how u look right now for atlest a year or so I’ll suggest bulk and cut slowly that’s my opinion others may differ …..btw u can check out Saket Gokhale’s recomp vid or maybe Jeff nippard’s guide for a more scientific approach …atb on your journey

Brother, main bahut jayada patla dubla hoon, surplus calories pura krne ke liye main 200g soaked peanuts aur 200g sattu consume krta hoon jissey mujhe around 1900 calories milte hain aur 100g protein, kya yeh sahi hai kyunki maine suna hai ke 50g se jyadah protein per day khane se kidney kharab ho jata hai?
Calorie plan I follow:

Sabji/chicken/Egg - 1 cup

Dinner:
