sir, workout me weight ko lift karte time speed kaisi honi chahiye to get maximum tension on muscles. for example apne ek video me bola that ki shoulder lateral raise karte time jab hum dumbbells ko raise karte hai tab speed slow rakho, controlled motion me ryt? and jab niche late hai tan normal speed me. please correct me if I am wrong. to ispe video banayi na, ki speed kaise hona chahiye harr ek exercise ka for every muscles like biceps, triceps, chest and so on. so we can get maximum stress on the muscles for hypotrophy.
I went to the gym for 3months (at the time of commenting this), I went for 1.5hrs of workout and 15min of cycling. My body grew a little and my height increased and my overall muscle mass increased in the first 2months, but after the 3rd month nothing happend other than small strength increment, and found out that food controls everything so here i am finding my diet for the upcoming days.
