      Bro if u check on packet it says per 100g u get 7g protein.....which also contains lot of calories and carbs fats too

    Some bodybuilders jaise vidyut jamwal, tiger sheroff, hrithik and you jeet selal aap ki body hard training karne par bhi size zyada nahi hai. Ye kaisi training hai jis se size nahi badhti sirf body shape mein rahti hai is par ek informational video banaye.

    sir ye video agar 4year pahle bana dete to mera metabolism kharab nahi hota.... maine bahut protein khaya hai aur mera dization system kharab ho raha tha mujha pata chal raha tha but kis karan kharab ho raha hai ye nahi pata tha maine 3-4 saal protein khaya ab mujha hamesa doctor ke pass jana padta hai hamesa bloating ka problem kavi bhukh nahi lagta kavi bhukh lagta hai to pate bhar kar kha nahi pata ETC🙁.... mera to gg ho gaya🥲
