Earlier i used to eat things like biscuits dry fruits sweets and such high calorie food any time i felt hungry during the day or night- ye aadat band kiya.And workout 6 days a week. Kuch aisa calculator leke measure krne ka baat nahi hai, video me Jeet bhai ne jo btaya hai dhyan se follow karo no rocket science in this. U have to keep urself under your own control, kuch khane ke pehle aise hi timepass me Google krlo ki isme calories kitna h protein kitna hai khud idea lag jaega kuch dino me ki kitna kha rahe ho kitna extra ho rha hai us hisaab se adjust karo. Ek example de rha hu, 2 gulab jamun khaoge to usme tumhare 2 din ka workout me jitna fat loss hua wo wapas aa jaega 0 benefit hoga roz 2 ghnte bhi gym karlo. Aise hi chizo ko Google krte reh "how many calories in xyz" ek idea lag jaega kitna khana hai. I tried my best to explain, hope it helps you and anyone else that reads it.

Mam you can't lose fat of a particular area. We just have to workout and our body will automatically remove the fats from wherever it wants to. What you can do is to strengthen those muscles and preparing some sorts of workouts like frog jump, squats, bridge exercise, cardio etc. This will surely help 👍🏻

Bhaisahab I lost 30 kgs without gym! But you said you can't lose fat without gym , main is workouts and controlled food and avoiding fast foods and processed sugar. There is no need for gym let be natural and use own body weight to do exercises and it's enough to burn. Walking everyday adds up it's strength as catalyst. You said running will not affect but I again disagree, make any guy who got fat belly and make him run and see it will work within fastest time without any injury.
