Most honest and best advice I have tried cardio 1 hour everyday for 2 month my musle loss happed then started doing it for only 10 min my muscle size increase and started feeling healthy. Cardio should be enjoyable and easy don't push yourself too hard in cardio push yourself hard in weight training increase weight and do cardio which sustainable for long time don't try to rush things take your time. Little effort matter in long trem.
@@DevGohil-i5c no don`t put pressures on it do abs workout which do not include legs cardio should be enjoyable so you can do it everyday like a habit if you do little bit of pressure on your leg it will not be good

Here's my story: I was 91 kg. I worked out really hard for 3 months. I had to lose weight fast. I did weight training first then cardio for 1 hour daily. After 3 months I was 71 kg. I lost 20 kg. I avoided sugar and oil and ate very less carbs. Now comes the main part. In that 20 kg I lost, yes, I lost fats but I lost my muscles too. So ek limit me cardio karo. Ye roz ek ghante ka cardio sabke liye nahi hai. So everything Jeet bhai said in this video is 100% correct. I suffered, you guys don't have to. Weight training acche se karo, consistent raho, accha protein intake rakho aur main part neend bhi acchi rakho. Thank You

Can i do cardio with bicycle my leg is fractured i will Start running again before end of this year till then how can i do cardio with bicycle
