    Salam Jeet salal Saahab, Mera construction ka business hai is Liye Gym jaaney ka routine nahi ban para tha, is Liye Ghar men he Gym banaya hua hai .Squats kartey waqt Barbell Kee position Sahi na honay Kee wajah sey mujhey squat reck per barbell rakhtey waqt bohat pareshani hoti thee, is Liye weight bhi apni bharpoor capacity k mutaabiq nahi utha pata tha, ap Kee is video men Barbell Kee Correct position squat reck per aur phir back per rakhney Kee Jo ap nay bataeei hai, iska bohat bohat Shukria. Ap k bataey Huey tareeqay k mutaabiq squats karney sey weight bhi 6 kg zyada uthaya aur reck sey aasani sey utha bhi lia aur rakh bhi dia .

    Newbies ki lower back seedhi krne ki trick bata do... sarey new logo ko kitna bhi batao wo log lower back arch kr hi nahi pate kisi bhi back exercises me...sabse jada problem BB bentover rows and deadlift me hoti hai....lower back Puri curve krlete hai samne
