    Jeet Sir kisiko pasand aye ya na aye mujhe to leg workout karna accha lagta hai 😁🔥.... Mai hapte mein 2 times leg train karta hoon full intensity ke sath 🗿1 din weighted back squat fir leg press fir leg extension and 2nd day sumo squat, leg curl, stiff leg deadlift and calf raising joki hamstring ke liye... Pahele mera posture, technique accha nahi tha but apki informative videos se mujhe bohot fayda mila hai Sir.. 🙏🏻...Aise hi shandar informational videos laate rahiye Sir 😊❤️...
