My left knee has a slight pain, like not all the time but when I fold my leg say squat position, it pains a little in my left knee. And if I stay in the squat position for some time and stand there is a pain in my left knee then too. Anyone knows whats wrong?????
Your ligaments are getting strained. Thats why it pains you when you squat. Im a mbbs student btw, so my opinion might not be the most accurate one. But its likely to do with ligament or tendon straining.
