    Bohot bhadiya bhai.... meri legs swell hojati thi for 1-2 weeks.... isse start kar rha hu to there is no swelling... thanks bro

    I'm not a gym goer but as doing 3 yrs of workout at home I have a dream to go to the heaven and also I counts my doubts to use leg press like machines in a good way in fact good form.     3:25 Leg press- 4 set (2 warmup), 12-15 reps
    6:55 Hamstring curls- 3 set (1 warmup), 12-15 reps
    8:43 Standing Stiff leg deadlift- 3 set, 12-15 reps
    11:10 Standing calve raise- 3 set, 15 reps
    13:15 Seated calf raise- 3 set, 15 reps.

    3. Squats 1:31
    4. Lunges 1:36
    5. Deep squats 1:45
    Exercises :-
    1. Leg press - 4 sets (2warmup) 12-15 rep 3:25
    2.Hamstring curls - 3 sets (1warmup) 12-15 reps 6:55
    3. Standing leg stiff deadlift - 3 sets 12-15 reps 8:43
    4. Standing calf raise - 3 sets 15 reps 11:10
    5. Seated calf raise - 3 sets 15 reps 13:15

    Mere gym wale bhaiya toh mujhe sahi se batate nhi bs ek baar bata dete h phir me glt krte hu rokte bhi nhi h bolte h abhi nhi sikhoge toh kh sikhoge aur abhi mujhe 1 month hi hue h 😢.Pr aapki video se kafi help milte h bhaiya ❤

    I left workout after corona hit me during 2nd wave. Uske bad just push lagata tha kbi kabar and lost intrest in workout. But is new series ne josh bhar dia he.

I think that everybody can not afford the trainer fee .     Thanks and❤ for providing value able knowledge i am over 60+ and doing all exercise (mix) on daily basis except Sunday since last 8month 2set of each and iam comfortable and getting good results of my blood biochemistry (blood sugar level cholesterol etc) with out any medicine .     Sir aap ka video bohot helpful tha but aap ka cameraman legs dikha hi nahi rahe hai Jis se samajne me thodi problem hori thi but aap ne Bol Bol ke bataye to us se Samaj me aaya but shat me legs ke kya movement Vo bhi Acche se pata chala hota.
