As u said to continue this workout plan for 10-12 weeks and it’s my 11th week doing it, its my humble request to you that please make another series after this one so that we can advance now to intermediate from beginners. Thank you so much Sir for all the help you provided us through you videos.

As this series is over now, It will be very helpful if you make same series for intermediate and then advanced level gym goers too. I mean some type of split training like PPL or two muscles a day.🥲❤

Maine kuch hafte pehle hi shuru kia hai, ek separate day mai rakhta hu jaha pe I focus on cardio + core
