Completed all the beginner series video all are very knowledgable and well explained, made notes and sometimes see them before my workout. This way saving expensive personnel trainer fees TYSM for your efforts it is really inspiring and changing many lives.

As this series is over now, It will be very helpful if you make same series for intermediate and then advanced level gym goers too. I mean some type of split training like PPL or two muscles a day.🥲❤
