    TOP EXERCISE FOR ABS:
    PLATE LOADED DECLINE ABS CRUNCHES -warmup without weight bahoot niche or bahoot upar mat ana 4×12-15
    HANGING LEG RAISES: 3×15
    WOOD CHOPPER: Right to left 15 and left to right 15 ×3
    VACUUM EXERCISE: breathing hold 15 -20 second hold ×3
