Please make a video on good muscle tear if i said it correctly btw i tell you my story (while performing machine curls for biceps i had faced a kind of an injury from shoulder to bicep tendon (sujan agyi thi) but after 20 days i got recovered and lifted heavy then before and my muscle growth increased . Mera previous shoulder width tha 18.5 to 20.5 and biceps mai bhi growth dikha so it is a good sign or not what to do in this kind of situation please make a video sir about it
