    0:42 -1st exbarbell presses(4sets 10 reps till concectric failure)
    5:58 -2nd ex lateral raises(3sets 12reps)
    7:58 -3rd ex front raise(3 sets 12reps)

    BARBELL PRESSES :4×10 (2 warm up 5/7 reps)
    LATERAL RAISE: 3×12 ( 2 warm up in low weight) after 3rd set do drop set 2 weight variation
    FRONT RAISE ON 55* BENCH: EZ BAR 7.5 MAX 12×3
