    Sir आपसे एक बहुत importent बात पूछना चाहता हूँ। सर ये frunt और back का क्या चक्कर रहता है सर कई लोगों जो worckout करते है या नहीं भी कई लोगों के frunt बहुत अछे होते हैं। और उनका posture एकदम सीधा होता है। और दूसरी तरफ कई लोगों की back दिखने में बहुत बड़ी होती है पर दिखने में उनका posture कुबङा sa मतलब टेढ़ा सा लगता है सर सही क्या है या हमारे comfortable mindset ke हिसाब से सब सही रहता है।
