I started doing home workout from 1.5 years, and joined Gym from September 2022. In this journey I gained 9 kg( from 50 to 59),now in last two months l gained negligible waight.(because of insufficient diet). I have not get suppliment's so far.

My goal in 2023 is to compete in my first ever bodybuilding competition as natural bodybuilder who have never used any supplement other than creatine... I wanna just say thank you... My 2023 resolution is to be consistent in the gym and do exercises with progressive overload. I'm a beginner, vegetarian, and from a middle-class family, so I can't afford a protein supplement, so it's hard for me to meet my protein requirements. So I'm looking for a job that I can do part-time, apart from my studies. And my second resolution is to study 12 hours a day, build discipline, wake up every morning in brahma mahurat, meditate for at least 15 to 30 minutes, and practise gratitude daily.
In October 2022, I started working out and followed the insane bulk programme for 3 months consistently, building a habit of going to the gym 6 days a week and being consistent. And track daily how much I lift in Excel and progressively overload the next session. I learned many things from your channel, like how to properly squat, bench, deadlift, and perform many other exercises, and I mastered perfect form. I studied for 5 to 6 hours daily in 2022.

Sir my name is Sahil dalal.. And now I 85 kilo... In 2022 I workout only 2 month and I loss 8 kg loss weight. But now 2023 M goal of fat to fit 85 kg Transform too 70 kg. Now I started gym in 1 January. And I loss 1 kg weight loss in 10 days.. For fat to fit I go all this :
1: I created calorie Deficet 500-700 Carlories per day.
2: I do in gym weight tarning in resgesterance tarning.
3: I foucing on mucsal building. Because strength bulid and loss weight.
4 : in week plan workout plan 4 days compund moment and 2 days cardio.
5: daily I calculate need calorie intake and output. ( junk food avoid)
6: Daily 5 types of drink for last metbolism for fast energy production and expendeture.

I started to train my body in 2022 that time I was only 56 kg and now I'm at 70kg at the end of 2022. I learned a lot of things during that time and still trying to learn thanks to you and your videos about workout plans and diet especially low budget diet 😁 and gained something. In 2023 I will try to get more stronger than last time and put some more muscle mass and try to be in discipline and not do the same mistake that I had done in 2022.

2022- I had an back injury in January 2022 and then I stopped the gym and to overcome this I done back excerices at home, but I gained the fat and weight too. And I started the gym in June 2022 and reduce the fat % till now is 18-19%.
2023- And my aim for 2023 is reduce the fat to 18 to 10 - 12% and maintain it. And keep the lower back safe also.

1. gym for approximately 5 months (i had exams )
2. made gains in running (4k in appx 30 min from 40 mins)

I believe setting up clear goals is vital for actually improving yourself. It makes it more easy and fun to work. It also gives you an boost in discipline, motivation and purpose. I want to set up goals for 2023, I already have some suggestions, but I would like to get some tips.
By the end of 2023, I will have accomplished:
Gain 10 kg muscle (weigh 70 kg)
Average A in final grades (Mostly A's)
Start building daily habits like: reading, meditating, 8 hours of sleep
Improve my physical, mental and social health
Improve my time management (less time on social media)

I am proud to say that I achieved my fitness goal in 2022 - I gained 18 pounds of lean muscle. This was a big accomplishment for me, and it has given me the confidence to set even higher goals for 2023.
For 2023, my goal is to increase my bench press strength and also increase the size of my calves because summer is coming. Since I was very little, I was very fat. Although I wouldn't say I was obese, I was quite close to it. During the lockdown when I was 13 yrs old, I started doing the so called 'get rid of belly fat'. I did lose some weight because I was also eating less and even those exercises were some kind of physical work. I then quit doing these until the school restarted. I was still a little fat and used to get teased so decided to start exercising again.
That's when I found your channel and slowly gained knowledge about what exactly was muscle gaining and fat loss and spot reduction. And then I started weight training. Fortunately, due to my father's interest in it, I had a barbell and some weights along with dumbells at my home. I started following your advices and doing resistance training at my home. It's been a about 9 months since I started that and I've lost quite a bit of fat and gained some muscles.
I am almost 16 years old and have been working out at home. I will soon reach my maximum hypertrophy with the weights I have available at home. Due to studies, I avoided joining gym but in 11th, I look forward to going to a gym and train. I also want to track my macros and fulfill my daily protine requirements and I am gonna need protein powder for that for sure since I'm a vegitarian (gonna use ur code ofc). By the end, I see myself having put on quite a bit of muscle and being lean. I also want to especially grow my back and legs since these Pull and Legs are the days I feel I am lacking on (legs especially) I definitely want to see yours (physique and channel) as well as my progress this year.

My weight is 96kgs right now, when I started working out in 2022 I was 102kg back then, I lost around 6 kg and gained some decent muscle mass as well, I'm still kinda overweight tho, so now my goal for 2023 is to lose more body fat while trying to maintain my muscle mass or maybe even increase it, I don't wanna go super lean, my ideal body fat percentage would be around 14-15% I hope I can get there by the end of 2023.

I am following you since I joined gym.......I joined gym in the mid of 2022 when my weight was 53kg and i have to gain 62 kg according to my height .....my height is 5.3F .
My current weight is 58.5kg i gained 5.5kg without any supplement , no mass gainer nothing.........N i am very happy with it....... infact I am a physically handicapped too by my right leg but but i never underestimated myself N never compare myself with others i am happy by own N i am motivation of my own. In 2022 I gained about 3 4 kgs of muscle but while doing that I also get little bit fat (19-20%). This year I really want to compete in my first bodybuilding competition and get into single digit body fat. Been Natural and doing all this is definitely gonna be challeng for me but I have a complete road map for it and If everything is at right place and right time I might won my first ever competition. Doing all this I am going to clear my CA final and finally after doing years of efforts. I will be CA this year and make my parents feel proud of me.

In 2015 i was playing local body building completion but after my mom's died maine sab chod diya aur gym pe in regular hogaya that's y I gain fats aur muscle kam hogaye isliye mujhe apna purana wala physic achieve karne ki koshish karna hai...hope so

Hi Sir, In 2022 my goal was to gain 7-8 kg lean muscle mass and increase strength with vegetarian diet.
I have already achieved it by increasing my deadlift from 102 kg to 170kg. Squat from 80 kg to 138kg.
Now in 2023 my aim is to cut some mass and make muscle more visible without losing much strength.

My Goal for 2023 is to be better everyday compared to the previous day. Becoming efficient in time management and creating consistency in reading books, meditating just like I have created consistency in going to gym the last year. My goal for 2023 is to be even more disciplined with my entire schedule of the day. Staying fit, learning more about fitness, and body is my long term aim. In 2022 I've made my body habituated to workouts such that no matter what I need to workout or I won't feel energetic the entire day.
I still workout at home. I use resistance bands of different resistances and calisthenics exercises( plus some weights) for my workout. Thanks to trainers like you, I have been able to understand the biomechanics of the body and different muscles. I have used this knowledge to design workouts for myself using the above said equipment. I am aiming not just hypertrophy but explosiveness as well. Hopefully I stick to the process and achieve my goals.
